I have been working for the company for about 1 year and 5 months now and in that time I have learned so much about the company and myself. You have plenty of room to grow and expand your skills with the help of a team. I started as a leasing agent and now I am a community manager of 2 properties. The training they provide is very professional and down to earth as well. This really is a work/ family environment. I also live the way m the people come together to help one another. I have to say I have met some really awesome people in this company. My regional manager is great I love her energy and commitment to making the company and our region thrive. I have worked for Southwood since August of 2020. I started as a leasing consultant (with no experience) and in 3 years I am now the Property Manager of Walden Pointe in Griffin Ga! I have loved being able to grow within the company and I am thankful for the knowledge that has been gained over the last few years. Southwood Realty is a family owned company and it surely shows.

Only problem is I can my rent but they want 3 times income .I was there 3 yrs and never late. My husband due i was in panic moved with giving notice. Tried to go back but they wouldn't rent to me. Again 3 yrs there never late. I give them 5 stars becayse I graded them o. Past experience with them.

I manage Guest Services for a Vacation Rental company, so my expectations are high when it comes to Customer Service. Southwood Realty exceeded in all areas of service. We downsized from a 2300 square foot home after 34 years to an apartment home in May 2021. We are very happy with our new home and the staff at Haven at Enka Lake has been wonderful!

I really hope that Southwood Reality is going to keep the Maintenance Supervisor Steven and assistant. They have really made a difference in repairs and work orders at Walden Landing Apts. Normally have to wait months for work orders, but not since Steven and staff came along they address any issues that the tenants are having as soon as possible when staff in leasing office pass the orders to them. I've been living in Walden Landing Apts. for 4 years and counting.
