The pharmacy is fantastic. They give you the best price available on your RXs, and have all the current vaccines on hand. They accept GOOD RX

Overall Amazing Place to be at. The atmosphere is great, customer service is great, the bakery is good, the cleanliness is great, and the Sam's club café food is great. And I personally know one of the employees there's as well. Great place to be at.

Always a good variety of meat, produce, cleaning, and canned goods. I appreciate the staff who are friendly, efficient, and helpful. I've used the pick up service and every order is as expected. I've used the fuel center and even though there can be long lines, I get the best price in town ( if you go before 8am, the lives are shorter). The cafe is always quick. I use the app to skip long lines for checkout as well as the cafe. The pharmacy is quick and I get my Rx on time, every time.

9/30/19 Great sales! Shirts for $2. The store was super clean & not that busy at 11A.
1/4/2020- Don't go on a Saturday or Sunday! Lines to registers & exit doors are super long. Frustrated!

Update: Recently I've been seeing this in the photo below please fix this when I come by next time and this is still here I'll have no choice but to report this to the fire department as this is a fire code violation. I want to bring it to your attention first so please fix thanks I don't want anyone getting injured or killed because of this thanks.

This Sam’s club is one of the better locations I’ve shopped before. They are well stocked with meats and fish on most days, and the produce is rotated often so you get the best selection. I wish they sold more cleaning supplies but other than that it’s a shoppers dream.

I haven't been a mere here for years. It used to be subpar to Costco in my opinion but not so anymore! I was pleasantly surprised. The warehouse is packed with great deals and quality products. Their clothing and shoes have always been better than Costco's and that hasn't changed. The only thing I wish they hadn't changed was the chicken sandwich os no longer an option at the snack bar!

Scan and Go is a blessing. So easy to do and no check out lines to wait in. Way to go Sam's Club! Thank you. ❤

Sam’s Club has everything you need in bulk, reasonably priced. Absolutely love shopping there!

Yesterday July 10th 2023 in the afternoon I experienced something awesome at Sam's club. I always pay with my phone and it was about to die at the time I was checking out. The lady who checks us out had a portable power charger in her purse and charged my phone before it dies. I found this amazing and very smart from her part. Thank you ma'am!! 🙏

We love coming to Gastonia’s Sam’s club! Even though this location is further from our house and about a 30-40 minutes away we love the location, employees, cleanliness, and stocked shelves. Today David B from the meat section went above and beyond and made sure we had what we needed for the holidays. He went out of his way to provide great customer service and seemed like a great guy in general! Thank you! We love our Sam’s club!

Great prices, they need more cashiers.

We have the Sam's Club Plus membership to earn Sam's Cash. With three boys we go through a LOT of food. Plus, they started offering Sam's cash for purchases made at local stores such as Dominoes. The scan and go feature is absolutely brilliant. I scan every item as I put it in the cart and then check out online. All you have to do is show it at the door, they scan it, scan a few random items and off you go. No lines. Being able to pick things up that you order ahead of time is nice too. In fact, pick up has become our go-to option now.

As a disabled person, going to warehouse store is daunting, but Sam's Club has electric carts, and always has good deals. This location has much more than the one closer to me, so I go out of state just to find a bigger selection.

You have to have a membership to buy anything from here. I like shopping here because you can everything in bulk. May cost more up front but save money considering how much you get for one price. I buy my trash bags here and one box will last me 6-7 months. It is easy to spend $300-400 here at a time but to me it is worth it.
