Rural Health Group at Roanoke Rapids - Family Practice

Dr. Valliani has been my son's doctor and is very good with him. My son has autism and ADHD, but he, my son, prefers him due to how he interacts with him. He is always engaging and very helpful. Dr. Dorsey is also a good doctor. I have never had an issue with his care.

I really don't write to many reviews,but here it is.I must say I truly enjoyed how easy and quick my appointment was..Major shout out to Ms Nina for doing an absolutely pain free job of taking my blood yesterday.She is a winner and a keeper.Awesome job!

I recently lost my long care PCP from VCU due to an unexpected leave of absence. I made an app with Rebecca Gregory and I am so happy. She is very knowledgeable and always brings a smile. She thinks about every aspect of your situation thoughtfully and I couldn't be happier with my new PCP!

A good medical office if you choose the right provider. I've been very fortunate to have had very good medical service. My biggest peeve is the wait time.

Good help for me

Have always gotten in for sick visits for child. Staff always nice. Can't believe it would be September 11, 2019 to get a college physical form filled out for my child.

My daughter has been there one time a few years ago and then I go to make her appointment for school and they tell me that I can't they can't get me in until 3 months later now she's starting school how am I going to get her 3 months later to see a doctor when the paperwork and everything has to be at school when she start. then they told me that they were not taking new patients my daughter is not a new patient she's been there before and I mean the staff they've been nice it's just their protocols or their rules is b*******

This pediatrics office has the LONGEST wait times. Don't expect to be there under two hours. The doctors write off the patients and the nurses are not very friendly -- however they get the job done. The waiting room has NO toys or anything for kids however they did install a TV. I would not recommend his place: I went there ten months with my infant and decided to change after I was given COUNTLESS bad advice from the doctor. (Valiani) Dr. Dorsey is nice however she's hard to get an appointment with. Would not recommend this place if your child needs actual medical attention besides a common check up

They are very slow they try to pile people all in one day to be seen.. it’s been over a hour and I haven’t seen anyone yet.. they need board members to come in unexpectedly so they can see with there own eyes

Called to try to set up appointment they told me to call in the morning before they open so I could get a walk in appointment.......Long story short they lied I called the next morning and no one even answered.....Then I called after they opened and then they tell me someone was there the whole time......I'm confused just shows you how much they really care about their patients
