Went to buy a used copy of FFVII remake. The store attend Mike was awesome. Handled a busy store great while also taking phone calls simultaneously and didn’t skip a beat providing excellent service to anyone despite being by himself during a rush. Only downside to the experience is we didn’t get to talk more about final fantasy on checkout because it was so busy. Thank you again Mike for handling that busy rush with ease, game’s awesome so far

Hello all, my name is Matthew. I got my ps5 from here about a week ago. Called up one day and they had just got a shipment in. Asked them to hold it and i was there in 15 min. Brittin is the guy i worked with. Excellent guy with great customer service. Every time I've been in here, he's always been really helpful.

I’ve been to a lot of GameStop’s in my life. I’ve been going since I was a kid waiting in line for Halo 2. This store wasn’t much different than most, but the guy at the register really went above and beyond what I normally expect from GameStop employees. His name on the receipt was Kristopher and he was so helpful, kind, and eager to make sure my experience was the best. 10/10 best employee I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. He did such a good job I ended up just buying a game I was on the fence about. Thanks for the great service.

I went in for a simple transaction and received the best customer service of my entire life. The guys in there are passionate about their jobs and took the time to give me so much useful information about my new gaming console. This Game Stop is different. They all deserve raises.

Fair-to-amazing prices, great selection, very helpful and friendly staff. Walked in 20 minutes after buying our PS4 to grab some new (to us) games with no foreknowledge of what we wanted. Not only did we find several used titles we liked very quickly at good prices, but one of the salespeople pushed us towards a less expensive but more playable racing game and the other saved us $30 by recommending their discount program to us while we were already spending enough to make it worthwhile. Bonus Points for not blinking when two transgender women walked into the store. Definitely earned our return business :)

I called around other game stops and asked for them to help me with the volcanion event cards. (I currently don't have a car and couldn't t go in person to get the card) However, an employee by the name of Vince assisted me and was VERY nice. Someone deserves a raise. (Just saying) this wasn't my chosen GameStop at first, but thanks to this employee and his kindness, I'm more than willing to make the extra trip to come to this store in the future. Thank you again Vince.
