Great place to buy bulk or small portion candy/snacks at discount prices. Our associate (Steve?) was super nice, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. I recommend going there, it's a warehouse and you just walk thru and find what you like and pay right there.

I visited the warehouse today and the gentleman that worked today were so nice, polite and helpful! They have literally everything. It was exciting to see all the candy I forgot about! If you are doing a birthday party, fundraiser or need large amounts of snacks/treats/treat supplies they're the best in town for on hand!

What a joy. Whether you’re shopping for your business, inner child or for a “friend”, this is the place to go for sugar highs! Both the smell of sugar and taste brings back all those nostalgic memories of your sugar kryptonite. Gandering through the aisle is exciting and sweet bc you don’t know which era of candy bar you’ll come across.

Definitely the place to go, not SAM’S or COSTCO.

This is a great place to purchase candy for parades & Trunk or Treat! The employees are very considerate & helpful!!! I enjoy supporting local companies, especially those such as General Candy, who have been in business for such a long time. It was a year ago since my friend & I had been there. As soon as we walked through the door Stephen remembered us & was so welcoming!

Such a gem this place is!! One of my favorite places in St. Louis. The folks working here are so lovely, always smiling and appreciative for the business. We try to get all of our sugary indulgences here. Top notch local shop with even better people. 10/10

Really nice people! We were traveling through and looking for a candy factory to tour. This one is a huge warehouse with great prices and lots of interesting and unusual candy. Employees who know the histories and stories of candy. We got some great travel snacks and a new place to stop by next time we are in town.

The two us went to General Candy to purchase candy for the Bethel Church Halloween Candy Give-a-Way on Sat 30 Oct. This company is STOCKED!! We had all kinds of choices, and when we got to checkout the manager showed us where we could save money.! Great Guy Great Store!! Great people! We'll be back, pretty sure! Jackfire

Great place to find what you need

This place is one of the greatest hidden gems I've found in my adult life. The have a huge variety of current and old candies and the prices are great. And even more so, everyone is super nice. If you need candy by the pound, go here. If you don't need candy by the pound, still, go here.

Stumbled across this place for my candy options for a small buffet I was doing for a wedding. Amazing. They have everything. Kids love it but adultS LOVE IT! MORE

Whew!!!! 26 years trucking it up and this one made me nervous with the way cars were parked on the street. You could not get a big enough swing in the street to make that driveway. I came within inches of hitting the corner of the bldg. The gentleman that was explaining the situation of how to get the truck in there, I have a pete 386 with 53' reefer. Guys with anything more than let's say 240" wheel base aint gonna make it if there's cars in the street, anyways that guy is super nice. I didn't get his name, but apparently he has many tasks to do.. I know he must be wore out at the end of the day. Thanks guys for being nice and showing much patients while I attempting to not bring the bldg down. Ps, he gave me a TWIX candy bar after all was said and done. Btw getting is half the fun... now you gotta get out. Tee hee enjoy. Oh let me throw a shout to the guys in the warehouse itself. They also are some nice and patient.

I heard about this place from a coworker. Seriously candy heaven! I think I went in the wrong entrance, but I got where I needed to be. The staff helped me find what I needed and was extra friendly. Would recommend to anyone needing to buy bulk candy! Much more cost effective than grocery stores or Walmart.

I absolutely love this place ! They have great prices and I often find rare candy and snacks that you don't see on store shelves.

Everyone was very pleasant. Helped me find everything I was looking for. Every candy known to man is at this place! Chips too! Very nice AFFORDABLE store! I'll definitely be back!!
