We visited this location today to get one of my daughters her passport renewal. The folks at this location are always incredibly happy when I'm there and the service is excellent.

Our mail lady Toni has become a part of our community over the years and has always provided exceptional service. I recently learned that her current route is about to be changed and as a neighborhood we are devastated. She’s become a ray of light to us and she adores all of our dogs. I have compiled multiple videos of her greeting my giant Great Pyrenees like he is her own. He can spot her truck from 4 blocks away and sits to wait patiently for her to arrive. I can’t imagine not seeing her smiling face everyday. If there’s anyway that this message is seen from the higher ups at USPS, please let us keep Toni. She’s our family.

The ONE Government entity I've been to, in which they're actually courteous and kind. The lines get kind of crazy depending on time of day - but that's to be expected.

If you want to go to the Post Office and not wait in a long line. This don't go to the Post Office in Monkey Junction... drive to Carolina Beach. The Post Office there has a friendly staff and no lines! Great for your shipping your Holiday packages.
