In store customer service is Great, but don't call the stores because they don't answer the phone.

This is the 2nd delivery appointment that was a NO SHOW. Even though we got an email saying they would be here at 5:40, it is now 8:20 an we are riding over to the store to cancel order. They do not care about their customers and cannot be trusted to deliver!!

Edit: after writing the glowing review below, I sat around all day today waiting for my W/D to be delivered 2:30-6:30. At 7:15, I called to be told that we couldn't get it until 11/22. My husband rode over to the store. He was told it was delivered to their store today, probably after the truck left. Someone still should have called us. Getting a phone call would have been such better customer service and would have made the delay easier to take.

Mike Sciarratta was a huge help. Although he's a Geek Squad Manager, he was very helpful to us while looking at washers & dryers. We had to remeasure our space, but came back the following day. Mike wasn't there but we were helped by Percell Anderson. Thanks for all the help!
