We recently used The Shingle Master for our roof replacement due to a storm that caused damage to our roof.
We can’t say enough good things about this company. Especially Angelo! He is so knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through the process and he was there to represent and support us when the insurance adjuster came out to inspect the damage to our roof.

I've been a real estate agent for over 10 yrs...agents always need reliable, honest, and reasonable subcontractors to help with all sorts of situations. The crew from Shingle Master installed gutter guards on my home. They were prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I live near a wooded area so needed to have my gutters cleaned frequently. Shingle Master put a new roof on my home last year. They did an amazing job. I was impressed at the efficiency and how well they cleaned up after the project was completed. I choose Shingle Master to install the gutter guards because I was confident they would do a great job.

A storm took off part of the siding and after Shingle Master reviewed the damage he verified the waterproofing underneath was intact and since I had no leakage I understandably became low priority. That said, the repair was done within a month and in a way that the damaged/repaired area is not visible, and was able to perform the repair in a budget friendly way.

Shingle Master just did my roof today. The team of workers were very attentive to detail. They worked hard and actually seemed to like their job. They cleaned continuously. They were very nice and professional.

I had a small problem with one of the boots on my roof so not a big job but Harrison Barton came quickly, addressed the matter and solved the problem. Pictures were provided once the issue was resolved and the price was reasonable.

So ... I came home the other day with one of those doom and gloom messages about the state of my roof from another company. Knowing Tyler Braithwaite from The Shingle Master, I called him and asked him to come by and inspect my roof. He actually went up on the roof and came back down with pictures ... showing the small issues we did have. No, I didn't have nails popping up, or broken shingles, or any other major issue. In fact, the only thing they did find was four broken shingles from the very top of the roof.

The estimate? Roughly $600. Not worth calling the insurance company over. And, in addition to fixing the broken shingles and other minor things he found, he pointed out all the additional services The Shingle Master provides every time they get on a roof. No doom and gloom here, only a happy (soon to be) Shingle Master customer.
