The BEST UPS store ever!!! I was in a rush printing a poster and all the other UPS stores either have their printer down or priced up for ridiculous fee. I am so glad that I stumbled on this USP store! Tom, who picked up my call has been so polite and professional and had my poster printed quickly and smoothly! I truly appreciate!! When I picked up my poster, the store is so bright and clean and everyone is friendly and smiling. I would give a 10 stars if I could!!🤩

Excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful, fast! Love that they have automatic doors, so helpful when you're hands are full, or you have large packages.

I could not speak more highly of the staff I worked with (by phone) at this UPS location! Nova went above and beyond to help me track down a delayed package and was kind, timely and professional throughout the entire process. What could have been a nightmare of a time was made 1000x better because of their care and excellent customer service!

The stuffs are incredibly polite. They attentively listen and address issues with professionalism, always ready to assist to the best of their ability.

BEST UPS STORE: First off , let me tell you that they have AUTOMATIC DOORS. Seems like a no brainer, but it’s the only location I’ve seen with them. Hands are full, worried about how you’re going to manage, and then the doors just slide open when you get close. It’s like magic. But seriously, more importantly, the staff here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They are so helpful, and patient, and when my older parents go, they help them bring things from the car. Love this place. (By the way, the inside is very nice too. I know you’ll agree.)

The employees are very polite and respectful and they show grace to you when you walk through the door. Also they're very helpful.

Shaun and Valerie greeted me as I walked into the store. They were respectful and helpful. My needs were met at no time and I was on my way to run other errands.

Wonderful staff… Every time I’ve used their services in person or over the phone, everyone has been very congenial and helpful. *** I must commend the Owner/Manager, Harry for handling a particularly sensitive encounter with an upset female customer who couldn’t properly navigate her Amazon app on her phone to locate the return instructions. She was both flustered and started getting irate loudly stating she was getting really mad and Harry remained calm and stated, “we handle many of these types of returns and I’m more than happy to help you if you allow me to show you on your phone.” He ultimately was able to assist her but it wasn’t without a lot of frustration on her part, despite the fact it had nothing to do with him or the UPS services. She made everyone rather uncomfortable with her behavior and after she departed I commended him and the staff for handling the situation with sensitivity and calm!!! Great job everyone👏👏👏

Awesome service from associate Ken. I came in with four different services that needed to be done in a specific way. Ken took his time to ensure everything was done correctly and never once got upset with me despite me not knowing what I was doing. If you need to submit visa application and need copies Ken's your guy. Thanks for your service and patience.

Dylan, the manager, was great. The new trainee was great. Notary in minutes. Help packing electronics to ship and all out the door in 20 min. Fast, easy, and affordable.
