I don't usually leave reviews however my experience with Diane today it is an absolute must that I do! You know how you can just tell when someone loves their job? That is Diane without a question! She was extremely kind from the moment she picked up the phone, and kept me laughing the entire time. She was super professional and extremely knowledgeable! I knew 2 minutes into the call that I was definitely going to start a policy with National General. Diane if you happen to scroll across this review I just want to thank you, it's crazy to say that a phone call can brighten your day but ours really did, I for the first time in life didn't mind being on a call regarding insurance lol (these calls can sometimes be the worst). I wish that the company could pull our call and use it for training because you are a great example of how customers should be handled. Wishing promotions upon you.

You absolutely have to speak with Jessica Howard! I needed help with my commercial auto and she got me the best quote I could ask for. And her customer service is on a whole new level that you really can’t find anymore. Simply amazing.

Yes Jessica was very amazing! She was very sweet and happy, she was very helpful! Before I got off the phone after receiving my quote she told me “ I know you’ll be calling back because we are a good insurance company! moments later not even 15 minutes later, I called her direct line back, and she was awesome she answered all the questions I had, she gave me more stuff added to my liability that I really needed ! Anytime I call her she picks up & answer any of my questions! An I do not have to call the direct number , I just call her so I want have to wait for an available associate! I ACTUALLY only prefer Jessica! She amazing! An she’ll be the reason I stick with this company! Please please! HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER! She was extremely a sweet heart!

Jessica is the queen of insurance. I wish I had gone to her first for my commercial business insurance instead of going in circles with other companies.

Diane Cassel was an absolutely, top notch professional in my dealings with this Insurance Company. She was not pushy, as most insurance agents are at times. Instead, she was very detailed, thorough, patient and went through each and every coverage available - even explaining the pros and cons of each one, without just rushing to the "sale". I went ahead and purchased from them because of her very friendly demeanor lol!!! I feel safe and secure with folks like Diane handling my insurance affairs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone giving them a shot. They give you a good ole' down home feeling, instead of the non-emotional corporate 'next-in-line' hamburger processing approach of other companies these days.

I strongly recommended Direct Auto all because of Agent Diane. She is very professional and such a nice person. I had a last-minute request this Friday, that I was informed I need a non-owner insurance before my road test on next Monday. So I call Direct Auto Insurance, she is my second agent, and she is very patient to help me verify all my documents and she is so thinking about me. I guess she must love her job. They have always given me good rates and good customer service, however Diane is the kindest and most helpful agent I've had the pleasure of working with from policy changes or financed vehicles and updated insurance to understanding the payment plans and everything in between.
