The Western boulevard Food Lion is a great place to go for inexpensive groceries if you're a college kid or anyone that lives near NC State University. The staff are really nice, there are public restrooms in the back, and a wonderful selection of deli meats. Cheap beer is also a must have here before a tailgate!

I love this grocery store and they have the lowest prices and a wide selection.

I'm glad to be at this food lion cause it's very close to my partner home for me to walk to work. The people are friendly there.

This Food Lion is tucked away in an older shopping center not far from NC State main and Centennial campus. I would consider it a midscale store. Nothing extravagant but their prices are definitely lower than the other chains, always clean, and a good variety of merchandise. Certain brand options I find here and not elsewhere and vice versa sometimes.

This location had quality produce and a decent selection. Food Lion definitely has the some of the most inexpensive, yet quality, meat selections. The cashiers and checkout speed are also top in the game. I love coming here. Great job!

Lowest prices and good selection, I often com here to shop. the Store is clean inside, and the staff is always attentive to their customers and able to help them out quickly.

Their Produce Department is also well stocked, and I am amazed at the large variety of vegan options as well. Good work, Food Liom!

She helped me with so many things while I was checking out (weighing veggies when I ran into issues, holding my spot at the scanner while I grabbed another item, grabbing my basket when I was finished). All without being asked to help. Shoutout to Dawn to making my day while I was at Food Lion.

Great chain of grocery stores. You'll find everything you need and more. The deli makes it even better. You can buy something to eat immediately after you're done shopping. But arguably the best thing about this particular store is the location and how it is very close to all the student apartments and the NC State campus. It is affordable and stays open late which makes it a good option for students like myself to come here and shop.

This is a well managed store. Been shopping here for years. Staff is friendly and efficient. Like most Food Lion stores, the staff stand at the front of the check-out lanes to speed things up. The staff at this store seems especially good at the procedure.

I’ve never ran into an issue here. Their stuff is always well stocked and organized. The store is clean. Fresh fruits and vegetables stay good for a while after purchasing. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Their customer service is out of this world! They have fixed the parking lot lighting so it's well-lit at night now. They have streamlined their checkouts & have guides walking around just to assist you with finding what you need. They carry most everything you find anywhere else, aside from specialty stores. Their choices have gotten so much healthier. The prices are affordable. The place is always clean & well-stocked. They are all about tailgating if you're into that & have tons of different beers from local craft beers to imported of all kinds. They have the best tasting & priced generic versions of foods & condiments out of any other chain grocer. They've really stepped up their game the past couple years & I'm glad bc I shop there all the time bc it's so convenient. Their fried chicken is to die for too! :)

Been going to Food Lion since it opened in the 1960s as Food Town. And of course I've been to HT, Kroger's and more recently Walmart for groceries. I always find what I want at Food Lion at great prices. Even better since I got the app on my phone. The one on Western is clean and the staff is friendly.

This Food Lion's employees are very helpful and friendly. I'm new to the area, and was pleased when several employees (2 stock clerks, cashier, and manager) offered help, and answered my questions with fantastic friendly attitudes.
