Purchased a Kingsdown Malbec queen mattress and box spring at the Crescent Commons location. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable, he suggested different options based on our needs. We purchased the mattress on a Saturday and the mattress was delivered the next day! Great service! The mattress is super comfortable and we are very happy with the product as well.

Tobey helped me pick out the best mattress for my needs. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient in helping during my lunch break. He did not apply any sales pressure. I felt like he was on my side to help me find a best mattress for me. I was very impressed.

Julian was extremely helpful and patient during my purchasing process. He made sure I made the best choice, allowing me time to test each mattress multiple times. I appreciate not being rushed or hurried along. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my final purchase. When it was time to replace our mattress we found it really helpful to be able to try out lots of different options in the store. The manager helping us, Gavin, thankfully knew what he was talking about and made great recommendations based on our budget. No pressure or unnecessary up-selling, just useful suggestions. Fast delivery and no problems with the set we picked out. Will come here again when we need a new guest bed.

We all love our mattresses and Tony is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He truly is a professional in every sense of the word. Everything was so easy right down to the delivery. Delivery team installed my adjustable base and new mattress flawlessly! Tony helped myself, my daughter and my boss pick out the perfect mattress for each of us at a great price!
