The UPS Store

Wow! It has been a long time since I’ve had such excellent customer service at an UPS store. I had my packages delivered to this location (I do not have an account) and the gentlemen working today Ed and Natu went above and beyond.

They repackaged a return for me, got me wrung up for the packages I had delivered and get this… are you ready? Actually helped me to my car with the packages.

Guess what? Genuine Customer Service is alive and in full action at this location.

Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to get my faxes sent. It did take awhile, but their friendly demeanors made the wait tolerable.

I love it here. The staff is so helpful whether you’re in need of setting up a box, having a document notarized, or shipping a return. The lines do get a little long, but usually only around the middle/late afternoon when everyone is off work at the same time. I’ve never seen only one person working, there’s usually 2-3 people on shift at a time. This place gives two keys - one for your post office box and the other to gain entrance to the building in off hours. (You won’t be picking up your packages in the middle of the night - that part of the building will be locked, but you can check for regular mail)

You don't expect such good service now a days, but the owners work hard to help you and that's rare. Such good people.

I went to ship a few things and the person who helped me (Natu) was really kind and answered all my questions.

Everyone who works here is courteous and always ready to help! This place is my go to for sending packages to friends and family and Amazon returns!

My Amazon returns and even mailing stuff out!
For example I was late getting a Xmas gift out for my family in NY, they were able to deliver my item in time for Xmas using the ground shipping saving me over $20!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this franchise!

I consistently get fast and friendly service here. Today gets special mention as I accidentally brought in a return that was supposed to go to Fedex. Rather than just passing it back and sending me to the FedEx store, they taped the package and put the label on for me so I could just drop in the box. They went above and beyond. Great customer service is still alive and you can find it at this UPS store.

After visiting a few UPS Stores in the area to inquire about their mailbox services, I visited this store and the owner happened to be there. He showed me around the store, introduced me to his staff, and talked to me about the services they offered to small businesses. I was very impressed with the organization and professionalism of everyone there. They are very service oriented. I have since made this "My UPS Store" !

Good people and great service. Always quick service and if you need a strip of tape you got it. Amazon returns or shipping Christmas presents to California of Florida they will search the best rates and estimated times. Once you are in their system with return address and email more time is saved and you get an email with you shipping info. My go to for shipping.

I had an fragile TV to ship. No guarantees. The team did their utmost in explaining in detail their plan and then packaging to the best of their knowledge. Needless to say, the TV arrived with zero problems. Saved me a tremendous amount of money and time. Couldn't be more thankful.

I come into this UPS drop off a lot. Every time I’m met with professionalism and courtesy. The employees are all helpful and customer satisfaction orientated.
