My husband brought my vehicle in today to beg y'all to make me happy by fixing our issue that started with one turn signal going out and ended up with no exterior lights working on the vehicle despite all the bulbs being replaced. He said you guys listened to him explain the issue and told him what would happen. Diagnostics showed multiple fuses had also gone out; once they were replaced all our lights are now working. Thank you, thank you! I'm so glad to be back in my vehicle and hubby is of course happy because I'm happy. We won't hesitate to let you guys help us in the future or recommend you to others.

Had a family emergency come up. Having to drive, I chose Whitley Automotive. Drove up and told them my predicament. They replaced my tires, checked all my fluids, and insured my car was road worthy. All this and it was late afternoon, so friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I was headed to North Dakota. My car ran like a champ. All in below zero temperatures. Thanks to all your staff.

I had a really great experience at Whitley Automotive! I went in for an inspection and they got me in quickly and were finished fast with great service. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and didn’t treat me like an idiot and try to offer outrageous things that weren’t needed. Overall a really great place to take your vehicle to be serviced. Like an Oasis on the Hwy 74 truck tire desert …….. On July 2nd we picked up a 99 Chevrolet C6500 Snap on truck in Kannapolis NC . When we exited off the 74 toll road an outside rear tire blew . My customer and owner of the Snap on truck threw in some unneeded twist and turns in the deal . Kenny worked with me through all of it . Kenny found 2 weirdo Hercules 10R 22.5 tires and got us back rolling again through this 4 day holiday weekend . My car carriers and wreckers have used their services many times in the past . Kenny is the man !

These folks came out to my house and changed out a tractor tire and they did a great job . Chad was able to replace the tube on the rear of my tractor as well as fill it up with water and antifreeze. I will definitely use them again!

It was really good seeing the crew again.I have been coming there for a couple of years now. They do a great job in keeping my car serviced. I really like how they let you know what needs to be done in the future.

Had a slow leak due to a nail in a tire. Pulled in to Whitley’s without an appointment. Office “receptionist” was polite, professional and quick. My tire was repaired within 15 minutes and I was on my way without any attempt to sell me unneeded products or service.
Lobby was clean and inviting. Price was acceptable.
Will certainly consider Whitley’s for automotive service needs in the future.

Came in for a patch job on a tire, they got me in fast, got the tire patched and had me back on the road in no time. Friendly welcoming people

EDIT: I was contacted by Whitley's and it was explained to me that the charge had been a system error. Apparently they have a new system and, since I brought my own oil but they had to supply the filter, the system got confused and charged me the wrong price. They apologized and refunded the amount that I was overcharged. I appreciate them looking into this and fixing it for me. I will be bringing my car back and will just be careful to get quotes beforehand so I can be sure the price lines up!

Have been going to Whitley's for a while and the last time they changed my oil the total was $89. This time I bought my own oil at AutoZone thinking I could change the oil myself but then realized I didn't have all the tools I needed. I called Whitley's and asked if I could bring this oil in so I didn't have to go return it and I was told "sure, customers bring in their own oil all the time." Whitley's finished my oil change, using the oil I had already paid $40 for, and my total from Whitley's came to $104. I asked why it was so expensive and was told that the shop has set oil change prices and that it is more expensive when a customer brings in their own oil than when Whitley's provides the oil. I would've liked to have been told that before hand because I never would've brought in my own oil just to pay more! Instead of paying $89 for a standard oil change, I ended up paying a total of $144. Absolutely ridiculous, nonsensical pricing. I feel like I was taken advantage of. Definitely will not be returning.

I want to give a shout out to Whitley Automotive In Marshville. They really helped me out of a jam today and got me taken care of very quickly. Staff and mechanics are great people. If you need some work done on your car or truck, I highly recommend them. They are on Highway 74 in Marshville.
