Ms Netta, Ms Netta, Ms Netta….. When I tell you, this woman is absolutely amazing!!!! when I tell you every single time I walk into the store she is so kind so loving helps me so much. I didn’t think it was possible for somebody to be so sweet no matter what day you come in and see her!!! she is honestly chicken noodle soup for the soul. Bath and body Works you did something amazing when you hired her.

It's starting to get more pleasant going to the one at citadel mall! Love the ladies there and they have more things available in stock.
The cashiers actually mutual task and are extremely helpful!

We went for the sale candles but they were no longer on sale but sales associate told about some clearance candles that were actually perfect.. It was nice to actually have someone show some interest in getting us a nice candle scent along with a 60% savings, score....

I love bath and body works, but the employees today (8/4/23) made it me love it more. The girls at the door were so happy, friendly, helpful and welcoming. We joked about how we all have a stash of body sprays under our bathroom sinks😂 . They were absolutely lovely!!! I will be back and fingers crossed, so will those 2 fabulous employees!

Candle Day was a success (still had to order online as they sold out of one scent I wanted) The store was well organized and staffed. We got there early (they opened at 6am!) so it wasn't crowded and we had room to check things out and all registers were open and we got checked out smoothly.

This is my favorite Bath and Body works in Charleston, SC. The products are wonderful, and frequently on sale.

While it is a smaller store and you will not get the selection that you can from the larger stores, the customer service is fabulous. You will also find many items during the Semi-Annual Sales at this store that you cannot find online or at the larger stores in the area. I highly recommend.

I just had to come here and say Trevor made this the best shopping experience ever!!!! My first time at this mall and naturally the first place I gravitated towards was Bath and Body Works. Within moments of entering, I felt so welcomed and assisted. He went above and beyond for me and all the customers coming in and out. I stayed so long because it was so much fun. He was great. Absolutely the best in customer service. I loved his warm and energetic energy, it was no surprise to see how appreciative all the shoppers were. He truly helped find the best items for me. Thank you!!!

Bought a set of Belize tropical cabana. And got two items free. So I chose the key west coconut water and melon mist and body cream love it

Everyone was very helpful here. They had a bogo candle sale going on, so I stocked up!

My girls love this place. I personally don't get anything unless I catch a sale but we're always satisfied with our experiences

Netta and Alexis were a great help in the Citadel store! Sometimes this store has fragrances that I can't find at the others.

Came today with the intention of buying 1 candle, left with 5. Netta and Bri were the best. Amazing customer service and went out of there way to assist me and ensure I was aware of all new scents, current sales, customer favorites, and more. I’ve never had a better experience at a bath and body works! Will definitely be returning to this location in the near future and I hope everyone else does the same. Thank you ladies

Went to look around on 4/7/23 with a friend. One of the employees, Netta, made it a fun and enjoyable experience. I wish the receipt had a way to leave a review through there. She really made our day ❤

Bath and Body Works is amazing! Great deals provided almost daily! Employees are friendly AND helpful (which is rare these days). I highly recommend shopping here if you're looking to buy a nice gift for a loved one, or yourself!

What a place to bring in the Autumn Season with all the Smells of soaps and lotions. Walking through the mall was kinda of sad to see so little shops that were once open with happy faces shopping and enjoying treats along their excursions thru the mall. 😪 once you reached Bath and Body your find all your favorites and get to sample them before you buy. Staff was very helpful / cheerful describing the products.
It's one of those shops that if you can buy on line however, if you order something before you try it then you wasted money. We all have to support businesses by getting out there if not they will die then the only thing you have is ordering things on line and who know when you will receive then or if your going to like them.

MY FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP FOR CANDLES I LOVE THERE CANDLES

I entered the store today with several items to return due to the smell of the candles not being what I expected. As I entered the store the young lady(Netta) greeted me with a welcoming smile despite my load of returns. After returning my items and suggesting other items she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I made a return the day before and the other associate remembered me and ask if she could assist also. I'm a regular at both Charleston locations and spend a large amount however after today the Citadel location will be my go to spot. Netta and Kim THANK YOU BOTH for making this trip stress free and quick. I appreciate your help and your kindness. This is how customer service should be.(the lady with the candle closet )

I have a small obsession with this store. I'm really amazed the one in Citadel mall is open still, but appreciate it for being so. Anytime we go to grab a bite at Sesame, I'll typically "detour" (the opposite direction of the car) to bath&body works.

The staff is always friendly and quick to help. This is not their fault, but I never find the sales really worth it. If you do the calculation, you don't actually just save more money buying one item instead of three.
