Outback Steakhouse

Service was excellent. Food was good. We weren’t prepared for the smoked taste that we experienced with the blooming shrimp appetizer. The flavor gave a burnt after-taste. Our main dishes were great during our dine in…. The Brussels Sprouts were so amazing though. 😊We experienced the same smoked taste when we brought home our leftovers from our main dishes but not while we dined in.

Very nice and clean and very friendly staff. Our waitress was Sam and she was super nice and always checking on us to see if we needed anything. My husband and son took me here for b day and valentine's day and they were busy but didn't have to wait very long. Steaks were as we ordered and everything fresh. Aussie fries were a little over done but baked potatoes were awesome. Will definitely be back soon. Great place and atmosphere. Carrott cake is delicious.

The staff and the food were very pleasing. They were very accommodating and friendly I had my disabled mother with me.
My waitress has so many tables and she was still on point with everyone. Food came out delicious. Definitely will return

Chevron G was an awesome waitress. Our last experience wasn’t so good (not because of her), so we hadn’t gone in a couple of years and decided to go again and give it another shot. So glad we did, Chevron was great!!!!

The food was fabulous. I had the onion soup and a specialty salad with blue cheese dressing and it was awesome. My mom had two lobster tails, baked potato and asparagus and asparagus was just a hair greasy but everything else was perfect. Haley is the best bartender waitress there is.

What a pleasant surprise when we went to this restaurant and we sat at the bar and Tori and Haley were our bartenders/servers.They were extremely focused on making sure that everything was just right and they did not disappoint. Everything was perfect, The steak I ordered was cooked as requested and was delicious and my wife got the Alice Springs Chicken which she completely enjoyed. Kudos to these two wonderful young ladies for taking such great care of us and doing it so well with so many other people sitting at the bar during our visit. We will definitely be coming back soon !!

The five stars go out to Bridgett for outstanding customer service. Upon arrival, I was ignored by two employees (it was not crowded); then Bridgett came from the back and greeted me and placed me in her section. The young man who brought out food was also very pleasant.
And the food was delicious!

Madeline served our table tonight and was an absolute pleasure! She was very attentive and super friendly throughout the entire meal. The food came out quick and everything was as expected & delicious. One of the location’s partners was also on the floor and she was wonderful! We will definitely come back to this location as the staff & food were both on point.

Haley was awesome!! She is a wonderful server. She was friendly and welcoming plus she checked on me often to ensure I had everything I needed. She is a fabulous representative for your business so give that gal a raise!!!

Our server Chance was great!! He was the best server I think I have ever had at any restaurant! He made sure we were constantly taken care of and my our meal entertaining! He was funny! Best experience I’ve had in a sit down restaurant in a long time!

outback in West Ashley exceeded our expectations! From the delicious food to the impeccable service, our experience was exceptional. Macie, our server, was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was cooked to perfection. We'll definitely be back for more!

I ordered steak with baked sweet potatoes and Ceasars salad. Everything tasted wonderful. My steak was a little over cooked. I asked for medium rare and it came out well done. However everything was seasoned perfectly including the salad.

Madeline McKnight was one of the best servers I had coming to Outback. She was attentive, kind, fun to talk to, absolutely AWESOME, and an overall wonderful server/bartender. I will 200000% be coming back to request her to be my server. This Outback location is amazing, and the staff is nothing but top tier.

Overall, I’m giving our visit 5 stars because our server Bridgette was amazing! She was friendly, accommodating and helpful .She kept us smiling our entire meal! The food portion of our meal was okay at best (but truth be told, I’ve never been the biggest fan of Outback, so it could just be me). However, I would definitely return for her service and the Aussie Rum Punch.

Great team at this location. Especially Monique I believe her name is. The to go team hustles and works hard to give quality service. Monique especially goes above and beyond to bring a great experience to the customer. Will be back.

The walkabout Wednesdays is back! This used to be my spot and after a long hiatus I came back. After multiple bad customer service experiences and the food not being up to par. Came back this past Wednesday with the bestie and they did not disappoint. Haley held it down in the bar area. She was by herself but that didn't affect her service. She greeted us and let it be known from the jump that she was busy but that she had us. She held it down. Even when there were issues with the meal it was a flawless process. Monique(manager) was leading by example and didn't just watch her crew struggle. She jumped in when necessary and was engaging the customers. This experience has made me a believer again! I'll be back.

For my 56th birthday, I received a few cards that had Outback as an option. So I treated my family to a lovely dinner at Outback! Our wait was minimal to be seated, our service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We have been to Outback many times and never had the bloomin onion. Well, we can check that off of the to-do list.

Our server Bridgette was amazing, was very attentive, got everything about our order correct, smiled throughout..is maybe the best server I had have in Charleston, SC! The food was outstanding! I had the bloomin' onion sirloin steak, loaded baked potato, and asparagus, and had plenty to take home!!

Our server, Cameron was terrific and attentive. He took special care in ensuring that none of the food I ordered have any ingredients I am allergic to. I have multiple allergies which generally makes dining out stressful. Tonight was very pleasant. The food was tasty as well. I highly recommend this location, and will be returning.
