Office Depot

I started out with Office Max when I was working and living in Chicago and continued to patronize Office Max/Office Depot when they merged. I live in Charleston now and still patronize Office Depot for all my office supplies. The store is well laid out, aisles are well-marked, staff is well-informed and I find I enjoy shopping here over other office supply stores.

Calvin and Kim offered friendly, professional customer service. Thank you..... In a time where customer service is often ignored these two employees displayed excellent customer service is still alive. Thank you!!!!

I love Office Depot because I can always find exactly what I need, all my favorites, in the same place. The associates are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s an efficient shopping trip every time.

I was in need of a office computing part and pressed for time. ordering on line would mean it got there after i left for meetings. Store opened at 8a, i was there at 7:55a. Mgr opened a bit early and asked if he could help me find something. We went over needs, and options, and he said "this might work" and if not, you can return it. Fortunately it worked perfectly, and i was able to complete my work before heading to the west coast to present.

Ryan is wonderful! I read the store hours incorrectly, and showed up and hour early to pick up a printing order I made online! Ryan 100% did not have to accommodate me, but he graciously retrieved my order and slipped it through the door. I am so thankful, as I needed it before 8:30am!

The customer service in this store is a breath of fresh air! Not only are the employees friendly and hospitable, but knowledgeable as well. I was prepared to buy a new printer, but after speaking with the tech guy for 3 minutes, I left with a $17 cord that solved my problem!!! He saved me hundreds of dollars! The employees enjoy their jobs and it shows.

I found everything I needed and checkout was quick and efficient.

I had to return an item, but did not have a receipt. I was able to show them that I had purchased the item from them the previous day, by showing them the transaction on my bank’s mobile app. They gave me a store credit, and I was able to apply it towards the purchase of the correct item. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes.

Everyone is helpful and attentive to my needs.

I was able to find the products I was looking for and the young man checking me out at the register was extremely personable. He engaged in some very nice conversation with me and I thought that was a big plus.

An employee came over immediately to help me locate the ink I needed for my printer. The cashier then matched the online pricing saving me almost $10.00, which I greatly appreciated. Great customer service!

Office Depot had the printer ink I needed in stock, while Best Buy, Walmart, and Target did not. I ordered online, it was ready for pickup within 10 minutes, and the curbside delivery had it to my vehicle in under 2 minutes. All around, I was thoroughly impressed by the entire process, and I will shop here again.
