Always working, but will always help you of you need assistance. Really great store and the Pharmacy is hands down the best on the island! Extremely nice and always there with with a cordial smile or there might be a few more people in line stand you might hear about something that peaks your interested and just and turn around and join in the conversation. Yes it is that nice! Give them a try, oh wait that's till the end of the line. Ha!

This is a great store with great prices and people. They keep this place clean and all is convenient. I'm always surprised this store is so vacant, it's like the best kept secret for shopping. Easy parking is a result of this too. If you like easy grocery shopping in a clean store with great sales, check this location out on Folly Rd across from chip FIL a.

I had to make an emergency visit to buy diapers on 2/25 and naturally, my 1 year old had a melt down during the process. The manager (I believe) went over the top to try and make her happy. It was very much appreciated! Thanks for the amazing service!!!

They have a pharmacy and there employees are exceptional in many ways. Even during their busiest times, they will answer questions and patiently explain anything.

The people who work here are some great individuals, the management is always attentive, their employees never let you leave unless you've saved all the money you can. I was buying a box of fried chicken for my husband and guess Co workers, there was a special going on and a deli employee saw me grab the chicken but not the additional corn bread that came free with it and she grabbed a container of it and walked across the store to find me and make sure I got my free corn bread.

Stopped in for a quick shopping trip. The store was clean and organized. Several staff asked if I needed any help with finding everything I wanted. Lots of good prices too!

BiLo was well stocked and not crowded. I was surprised because it was Super Bowl Sunday. I found everything I needed. I hope they don't close. I like grocery choices.

Bi-lo on James Island is great but that's not why I went there. My Bank Sun Trust is in there, so that's where I was going today. I love my Bank I been with these guys since I came home to Chharleston back in 2013. So if anyone is looking for a good Bank with good customer service SunTrust Bank is the place to go❤❤❤❤😇😇😇😇

My experience at this particular Bi-Lo is always made to be pleasant because of Ms. Tracey! I've seen her work 3 self checkouts at once, all the while showing that beautiful smile and remaining joyous!!!!

Pretty decent selection of produce. I like this Bi-Lo because they actually sell mushrooms other than buttons and portobellos. Usually not too busy and decent prices.

I moved from James Island to N.Charleston, and always come there just for the Pharmacy. The staff there and Brian King always remember me. They give the Best Costomer Service ! 😊

Store always clean and neat. People very friendly and helpful. Sales items are always very easy to find and are not out of stock.

BiLo is my favorite place to shop. Was told by cashier they will shut down next April! Their prices are low, I am sad they are closing!

This BI-LO is much bigger than the one in Moncks Corner! I wish we had this one in my town!! It's clean, and has everything that you need. I love it

We love the pharmacy at this store. They are the best. Everyone is so nice. The grocery is open 24 hours and I love that.
