Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

JT took great care me this past weekend. Most stores were sold out of a certain deck sealer and he help several gallons for me to pickup the next morning. He also helped me out last week and was very customer focused

Great store, great people, good paint. Plus, if you're living on JI, you don't have to go to Lowe's which is way more intense. Small is mo' better.

Before when I would go to get paint, I would go to Lowes. It was a task that I always did not like. The long wait time and unhelpful staff would give me anxiety and I was never confident in my purchase. I am so glad that I went to the Sherwin- Williams store this time! The employee that helped me was very nice and had some great suggestions. He wanted to make sure that I knew how to apply the paint. He explained everything very well and even quizzed me on what I had to do. I left the store in less than 30 minutes (would have taken at least an hour at Lowes), and I was confident in what I had to do. My newly painted front door looks great.

Of course Sherwin Williams paint is the besr. It’s well worth the extra money because it typically looks luxurious in one coat , two tops. Three coats never needed so I m saving tons of time.
The James Island store is my favorite. This is the best run Sherwin Williams store out of at least 8 I’ve purchased from. Always ON IT. Always accurate color and never keep you waiting even when the store is busy. Five of Five star!

Absolutely the best customer service ever received from a paint store! Rodney will go above and beyond to meet his customers needs! They have a well stocked and clean store with the type of service you would hope to receive. It’s worth the drive to visit this location.

This corporate store is well organized and well managed. There are always techs on hand to advise the right sheen, brushes, rollers, etc. If you need industrial coatings (epoxy, urethanes) then use the store on Savannah Hwy. Sherwin William Super Paint is a top choice for productivity.

Sherwin-Williams is always great, the customer service is on point, and they always have the product you need. If they don't they'll make it right, you got to love that in this day and age.
