Bank of America (Lobby Service Only)

Sarra, one of the Personal Bankers at Kennewick's BofA assisted me with a check deposit i had made on friday through their ATM. Today (Monday), she was willing to do her best by withholding the check and as a result she was able to set me up with a cash rewards credit card. Considering, I haven't began building my credit, yet, her and i agreed this would be a perfect opportunity to start building my credit. That being said, she was able to reach out to customer service and reverse the holding on my deposit. All i need to do is call tomorrow, and it'll be settled.

Today was my first time going in to cash a check that was drawn on them. They provided great customer service and were very friendly and helpful doing so. I definitely recommend them! ☺

Fast and friendly service by the business banker. She helped me with a new business bank account and business credit card.

I like this bank because it has a drive through which is awesome, the service is typically good. However the long waiting is constantly! Today is a friday.. FRIDAY and has one freaking teller whom has to do the drive through and front. She has a line to the door. I've been standing in line a ridiculously long time. This is a constant ongoing issue. The company has really really sadly gone down hill. I'm so frusterated. They are trying to get rid of asocassoci and have only machines. It's terrible. 😤😫

They are always polite and friendly but they never have more than one or two counters open so you have to wait forever. It's really frustrating to have to wait so long just to make a 2 min transaction

Drive through "extremely " slow service. Every time I've gone through there its been this way. Doesn't matter even if you're first in line you still wait to get service. Sorry!!
