Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Midvalley

I don't normally write reviews but breakfast changed my mind! As someone who works in food service, I can be pretty particular about food safety guidelines and where I eat. They followed them to a T and it made me feel so much better about eating there. Staff is very friendly, especially upon check-in (Kat is wonderful) The pool and hot tub are a good temp and they're very clean. The room was nice and clean and it had comfortable beds and pillows. Overall, GREAT experience! 😁

I had a reservation that I had to cancel. The front desk personnel and manager that I spoke with were the most helpful and accommodating people that I have dealt with in a very long time. Kudos to the Crystal Inn for creating a customer service oriented culture. I will utilize the hotel whenever I am in the Salt Lake area.

We arrived a few hours earlier than 3pm an the kind woman at the front desk was so amazing she allowed us to check in early to our room!!! The room was adorable it was set up like a little studio apartment it was very spacious for me and my husband. The room was clean (yes it's an older building so it comes with some expected things) an we were not disturbed by other guests coming and going through the night. The next morning we got up for the breakfast that was delicious it was a hot breakfast buffet with several options for the variety of diets out there. Overall this was a wonderful stay and we will be back to stay at this hotel again!!! Thank you guys!!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Love the rooms layout with a little couch and table, plus the rotating TV. Pool and Hot tub were a good size. Their breakfast its also very good!

Stayed here on a work trip and it was a decent experience. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredible comfy. The whole hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly despite some confusion during check in. Only complaint I had was that there wasn't much near by. There were some business parks, a Red Cross, and a small gas station were the only things within easy walking distance which was annoying being as I was part of a carpool and didn't have access to a car of my own. Not necessarily the hotel's fault though, so I can't fault them!

We had such a wonderful time at the mid Valley location! The staff is so wonderful and very helpful. The woman who cooks breakfast is so nice. Cat, she works at the front desk while we were there, and she was just amazing. So kind so generous. Very pleasant to talk to. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this place at all. Definitely made us feel very welcomed! They made my business trip. Feel like a relaxing vacation! The pool is clean. The rooms are extraordinary and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. And the breakfast area is always clean. It’s also a quiet location even though there’s traffic around and you cannot tell. Thank you to everyone for all of your help along the way.

Excellent rooms with comfortable beds and ample space. 20 mins for everything except Park City which is an easy 30 min drive from this location. My go when visiting Utah.

Very busy but was never noisy. Staff is very friendly. Location easy to find and easy parking.

Staff is very accommodating for early check-in. Facility clean and property well maintained. Rooms clean and comfortable. Location in industrial area close to freeway access convenient for our travel needs. Definitely recommended!

Room was spacious and clean, besides the bathroom floor. Good service from all the staff . Breakfast was better than most hotels. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice. We will stay here again! We have had the same experience with the SLC location.

Great hotel and a great price rooms very clean the breakfast Was better there than in some 4 star hotel if stayed in. I had never used a 3 third party booking and was having issues with it and Linda the lady that work the front desk was amazing helping me and getting my reservation fixed I don’t recommend using third party bookings either. LINDA WAS kind patient and understanding to help resolve the issue and get it switched to a booking with Crystal instead the room was very big and spacious and clean

Excellent Inn / hotel to stay at with spacious clean rooms. Nice hot breakfast provided. Big parking area and apparent safe neighborhood.

We made an emergency trip to SLC to help our son in a medical crisis. We had to stay close. CRYSTAL INN HOTEL is our kind of hotel: clean, friendly staff, quiet, well maintained. The previous night was spent at a Comfort Inn. Comfort Inn took $100 plus $81 just for their "incidentals" deposit. Because of the very noisy location and all night broo-ha-ha guests, we left. Being a little low on funds to get gas and food, we wanted our $181. The management at Comfort Inn said it would take about 3 days to return it. That is BS. What kind of racket is Comfort pulling? The manager said all the hotels are charging more $ up front. (Lie, Crystal Inn incidental deposit was $46.) NEVER again will we darken the door of a trashy hotel like Comfort Inn in Murray UT. Spend a few bucks more and get 200% better hotel.

Great hotel, rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, super clean, with fridge and microwave. Great free breakfast and nice pool hot tub area. We enjoyed our stay.

The customer service is above and beyond! This hotel feels dated, for sure. But, the breakfast is great, it's next to a stop for the ski bus, and the staff are fantastic! We were allowed to leave our stuff in storage for the day we checked out so we could ski. When we got back, we still got a shuttle to the airport.

This place also has a hot tub, pool, and workout area.

I love this hotel. Employees are so nice.It's great to stay here with a big family because you get breakfast and dinner with your stay saving you money on food. The food is good too.
They no longer do the dinner which is unfortunate for our family, however, I still have only good things to say about this hotel. The front desk staff greated us at 10:30 pm, when we got there, with smiles and helpfulness. Great place. Management should be extremely proud of the staff. Housekeeping is just as nice and helpful with anything you need.

Personnel was so amazing and so helpful, on top of that we really appreciated the shuttle from and to the airport, the location right next to the ski bus, the gym, the pool and the jacuzzi. Maybe too much chlorine in the jacuzzi, however that didn’t stop us from spending some relaxing evenings there. The rooms were not the most amazing feature of this hotel, but the sofa was so much appreciated!
So 4 stars for the location, jacuzzi, sofa and the shuttle for the price! I’m going to return for sure
