Prep SOS

I purchased the Ecoflow generator to add to capability of another brand. I prefer the Ecoflow over the other because of its display and ease of use. It is lite enough for my wife to use and the solar panels are easier to setup. It is a wonderful generator.

It is great to have food with a long shelf-life. Great service!

I'm giving Prep SOS 3 stars. I'll start by saying they respond to your emails in a timely manner. I asked them twice for a tracking # and never got that help. It's been 3 weeks, no tracking # or package! Without that info your clueless and left in the dark. If you have to wait more then a month for your order, find a more reliable source.

still waiting for the rest of my order to be delivered. my first order came ok but not this second order.
I can't even find a phone number to ask about my unshipped order.

Ordered twice. Turn around time was fine, but both times the order was sent to the same non-existent address. The second time I added a note to the order to indicate the first order was sent to the incorrect address and to please ensure that it was addressed correctly, however that did not make a difference. I double checked all of the addresses I provided and have no idea where the address used on the package came from. At least the second time UPS didn't just leave the package at some random house.

Today I got a disturbing text from Prep SOS, with links to an article that says "the left" is making the shortages happen on purpose to create a welfare state. I believe everyone has a right to their political opinions. BUT, I don't want some money-grubbing store sending me political opinions meant to try to scare me into buying more. I can actually do my own political research, thank you very much. This store is not unique, go find one who will stay out of your politics, no matter which side you are on.

STAY AWAY only got 1 part of my order out of 4. and it took 6 weeks to get. I would of gave one star but they did give a refund. but i was out the shipping. if you are going to get long term food storage don't get from Prep SOS

Augason farms 1yr supply for 20 people $87,410.99. You can order it directly for $57,189.06. What a way to take advantage of people.

I am disappointed with the entire process and would not order from this company again. Purchasing directly from Harvest Right showed out of stock, but Prep SOS showed the products available to order albeit a much higher price than ordering directly. I ordered and paid and received an email that my order was being processed. Two weeks later the order still had not shipped, so I sent an email requesting the order to be cancelled. The only way to contact this company is through email. 3 days later, I received a response back with their cancellation policy that is NOT included with the order confirmation. You have 6 hours after purchase to cancel. They didn't actually have the products in stock, they turn around and order from Harvest Right and Harvest Right charges them for cancelling. They also didn't mention that orders can take 5-6 weeks to fulfill until later via email. Again I could have gone to Harvest Right or Home Depot to get it faster and cheaper had I known. Anyway, back to the drama. The fine print also says requests to cancel do not guarantee a cancellation and the "refund and cancellation dept" is separate from the "Customer service dept." Approval for cancellation is required and the process can take ups to 10 business days. Customer service emailed to notify me that the request was sent and I would hear back. 2 days later I got another email wanting to make sure that I read the cancellation policy and asking if I still wanted to cancel. I responded that of course I wanted to cancel. Should I have said I really, really wanted to cancel, no taksies backsides? I did not say that last part, but it crossed my mind. I magically received the items 4 days later and am unable to return them. The entire process left me feeling duped - like I was dealing with a 90's used car dealer and was somehow driving away in a car I didn't want that I paid twice as much as it is worth with a loan at 30%. I'm super sad inside. It's like trying to cancel an AOL subscription or gym membership, they keep you going around in circles over and over and nobody you "talk" to can actually help you. This company's business model is centered around less-than-honest marketing to sell a product (they didn't waste one second to charge my card for the purchase), and it employs confusion and lack of clear communication to prevent the loss of a sale once made. Do yourself a favor and go directly to the product manufacturers.They're reputable. You'll be able to buy for much cheaper prices, better stock and delivery transparency. Most importantly, you'll receive actual customer support and service.

They sent me the wrong product. Refused to accept returns. Have no phone number to contact. And poor response times. Tanya Murphy was the problem.
