My bf works there hehe, but the rest of the staff is very nice and they always have what I want

Incredible sales on occasion they will come over the intercom and announce buy one get one 1/2 off haven't found deals for name brand shoes at this low price anywhere. The manager and staff at the North Charleston store are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Found what I was looking for in less than 10 minutes

Found everything we needed. Sizes were fine but no one to help. Limited in sizes in popular styles. Over all fine.

I was able to quickly find the shoes that I was looking for without the need for assistance or "checking in the back" for my size, which I really like. I wear a size 13 and it can be hard to find my size sometimes. I typically buy shoes online because of this but being able to go in a store and try shoes on and walk in them really does make a difference.

The employee who rang up my purchase was very friendly and signed me up for a rewards account without me needing to do anything but verify my info on the screen. She also explained the program and how the points worked without me asking, so that was nice.

Overall a very good experience and I will return here again when I am looking for shoes.

Great experience! I had to exchange items I purchased online and it was a bit confusing but the young lady handled everything very well and I purchased 4 pairs of shoes, 2 in-store and 2 online. Very pleased with such amazing service. 👍

Unfortunately, this place is overpriced and isn't worth the stickers on the shoes etc...

Got him right before clothes attendant came and assisted me he was all over the place grabbing every shoe I pointed at got my shoes in 10 minutes dropped my 50 bucks and it was a great purchase ...and a great pair of shoes highly recommend.

Great shoes at great prices

About a month ago I shopped shoe carnival and had the opportunity to have a girl named Jordan help me with shoes for work, running and Leisure.
She was by far the most charming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic retail person I have met in my recent years of memory.
She measured my foot size and width for a much better fit all the way around. So I bought 3 pairs. I hope she is there during my next visit.
And while she was imparting all this knowledge and help she was also training a new cashier.

They didn't have my daughters size shoes so they helped us order the exact ones she wanted. Super nice staff, very helpful.
