Ylonda was wonderful. I had so many questions about the types of mattresses and foundations. She was so patient with me. She explained things perfectly. Financing was very easy and fit well in my budget. Your showroom is bright and beautiful. Service was both friendly and professional.

Our experience purchasing a sofa was nothing but positive. Kirt was professional, friendly, and most importantly, patient. He was never pushy, but was always available to answer our many questions before I felt confident to proceed with our purchase.

Kirt was a real pleasure to work with..so helpful. Looking forward to meeting with him again soon to make our purchases.

Great experience today. The folks are super nice and don’t stalk you around the store like some places do. They let us be so we could do our shopping and were there for any questions we had when we were ready. They help you design and pick out colors if you need it and honestly the most comfortable couches we sat on out of the 7 stores we went to for the price we paid. Yes, it’s expensive but it’s a better product vs some other stores and not as expensive as some of the other places either.

Tom Bloodworth did an exceptional job searching for the fabric swatch I was looking for. Very professional and helpful service.

Tom took great care of me. The designer added a lot of value too. I did not catch his name.

Tommy helped us with ordering a new table for our kitchen and he was very thorough in making sure the order was placed correctly and we look forward to getting it. Yolanda was a lovely and kind person to work with. She is knowledgeable about the inventory and knew exactly what we needed to see. We were looking for a lift chair for my 93-y/o mother. She made sure mom got just the chair that suited her needs and apprised us of all discounts.

Richie Rich in the West Ashley store was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products.

My wife and I spent all day shopping for a reclining sofa. We stopped into Havertys in West Ashley and we were kindly greeted by Sandy. Shes been there for 22 years and was very informative and pleasant to deal with. She printed out three different options for us to consider. We ended up purchasing the floor model for a great deal.
