My kids love ice cream cake for their birthdays. They have a wide selection of cakes online to choose or premade ones at the store. I like we can customize cake and ice cream flavor. They have been ready when we arrive to pick them up and friendly service. The cakes are always a hit!

Audrielle (Aubrielle)? was absolutely excellent! She was super nice and was nice enough to compliment me, and she was quick to tell me what was awesome on the menu. She was quick to offer samples when I was asking about flavors, and shared her own favorite too (the praline, which is like a salted caramel kindadeal)! Anyways, absolutely excellent service, good prices, and the girls deserve tips. The service was also VERY quick and she assured me even though we were talking that the ice cream would come quickly. I wasn't in a rush but I sure did appreciate the extra effort. Thank you for everything!~

Great workers!! Place was very clean and kept. I noticed that there are some people that come in and forget that these are first time workers, and some of their demands are a bit much. Don’t treat people the way you wouldn’t want to be treated. This is an ice cream shop not a 5 star restaurant. Don’t make ordering ice cream a death sentence gosh🤦‍♂

The best banana split ever! The three scoops can be any that you choose. Delicious! Very clean store and friendly workers.

ACTS OF KINDNESS! LOVE THIS PLACE!!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. The owners are very nice and most of all it's the staff and the product that keep me returning. So it's my husband and I tonight. Same ritual. M&M MART Sandwiches and Baskin Robins for dessert. Decided to get my husband's co workers a sandwich too.

When I get here I see one of the owners that I know and he is with another manager and a gentleman in casual nice business attire. We say hello and the man I knew says this is one of our, and I couldn't here but I think what may be an operating partner for Baskin and Robins.

He says what do you like about the place after I said how much I love it. I said to him I am from Danville (45 min drive) and this is my go to dessert stop!
I said one of the staff was so kind to volunteer to ice my items because they knew I live that far away! <3 WHAT SERVICE RIGHT!

Then he said can I ask you a question. I said yes.

He said if they were out of the oreo Item I bought would I have gotten something else. I replied yes, my husband and I always get something for one another. He said that is not what I meant what other items would you have gotten. I said I would have gotten one of his other many favorites. Which i mentioned.

He thanked me and I didn't here what he said again because I went to pay for the items and they said no he is taking care of it for you today!!

SO NICE!! I told them I will definitely be posting about this and sharing with others. Thanked them all and thought he was getting in his car to get his business card but he was getting the card to take care of my items. :)

I TRULY BELIEVE THAT SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!

I love my clients and treat them the same way.

We will of course be back with more family and friends!! Thanks to the entire team and Love Basking Robins!! Go to one in every state I am visiting too. Tennessee is another favs.

There is always great choices here. I think the ice cream here is top quality, hands down better than the majority of ice cream shops in the city.

I love this location. I don't know what their hiring process is but they consistently have the kindest, most customer service oriented people working. Today Amber spent several minutes with me on the phone, going well above and beyond her call of duty, to help me place an order for the cake I needed for my daughter's birthday. I wasn't too keen on the Frozen 2 design offered online (too plain) and told her as much, but I had to have a Frozen 2 cake because for whatever reason my daughter is obsessed. I specifically chose Baskin Robbins and this location because they have done such a fantastic job with her cakes before. Amber went through several design options with me, even going so far as to text me pictures of some of their photo designs and offering to go through the ice cream flavor list with me. She was AMAZING and helped me breathe a deep sigh of relief knowing that at least this one aspect of the party is going to be top notch. (Have you had their ice cream cakes??? So good.) I can't say it enough, I love this location, I love their staff, and THANK YOU *ESPECIALLY* to Amber for all of your help (without even once making me feel like a burden or a hassle)!!

They were great there my son wants to come in Baskin Robbins . He was loud it but he's 32 years old and Autism. I needed another my friend has a Autism Son too to help out . Im sorry he got loud. The workers were fantastic. Understanding. Excellence workers !!!

Never had it..now i need it more! My mother in law and I went here yesterday (9.2.18) and we didn't know what we wanted because we had never been. The cashier wasnt rushing us to make a decision at all. I ordered the warm cookie sundae. My m-i-l had the hot fudge sundae and the price of our products was well worth it. Not to mention, it was super good!

What a great staff. They were so helpful with everything and got our ice cream cake right. Asked for some writing and they wrote it perfectly on the outside rim of the cake perfectly to not mess up the cake. 100% would go back. Just shows what a little extra can do to make someones day better. Ice cream sandwiches we grabbed were gone in 5 min after getting home. The blueberry muffin icecream tasted like blueberries. The lady behind the counter was super helpful, wish I got her name.

I hope everyone has the chance to encounter Lawson at this location. Such a sunny soulshine kind of person! He made our simple trip to a simple ice cream shop feel like an actual experience, and one we were happy to enjoy. Ashlyn (probably butchering the spelling) helped us last time and she's also a happy, joyful person. Quick and efficient. Have never had a bad experience at this location.

Actually GETTING to this location is pretty horrific, but nothing can be done about that. Just be aware.

I also ordered my daughter's unicorn ice cream cake from this location, and on short notice, and whoever created that masterpiece knocked it out of the park! Everyone at the party complimented how beautiful AND delicious it was.

But it was our wonderful experience with Lawson who made me take the time to write a review. He put a smile on our faces and an extra pep in our step.

Best flavor is Love Potion #31 which unfortunately only comes out in February. It would be excellent if it could be carried year round. I do like the Mt. Pleasant store better than West Ashley just bc location is harder to get in and out of but is more convenient. I love the great ice cream smell when walking into these stores and gave always been treated very well

We went to BR today to reward our son for his soccer game performance and realized the time on Google was incorrect. We were 1/2 an hour early. The owner was prepping for the day but still took our order. Great guy, very personable, our 7yro even stated that he was "a very nice guy". Easy drive thru to take the family!

B&R hire a lot of young people to keep up with hot days and cool cones. Each staff member seems friendly prompt taking order and preparing it. Can just being around all that ice cream keep you happy.

There's this one worker there that was so polite and caring . It was mmy first time there and so I took decades trying to figure out what I wanted and he was so polite. It seems like he was new there but he knew what he was doing. And the place is so clean and the people there are so nice this will be the place I permanently get my ice-cream from .

Delicious treats! There's something for everyone! Princess, monster, or mermaid icecream for the little ones and other goodies including daiquiri ice for grownups and brownie sundaes for all!

2 girls were on the ball last night. Serving up the crowds in a timely manner - both pleasant & polite. Sugar-free Caramel Turtle Truffle is absolutely the best in town.

Well not very busy on a Monday but still always a treat to wat there. Great quality ice cream. Loving staff! Keep it up!
