I opened a business account with SCFU at their Sam Rittenberg location. Jovanni Rellez was absolutely amazing. I showed up close to quitting time and told him that I’d come back in the morning to set up my account. He insisted that I stayed and that he would get it done for me before they closed, and he delivered. One of the best costumer service experiences I’ve ever had. So happy to be with the banking institution. Thanks Jovanni!

The staff at the drive thru here is always prompt and polite. I have also always been in and out of the teller lane in 10 minutes.

Leigh Anne Cone is always my go to lady. I joke with my friends that she is my bank wife and I don't do anything without getting her opinion first. She is so knowledgeable and very proficient at her job I just don't trust anyone else.

Josh R - Financial Sales Rep was extremely helpful!! I had a bad experience through the call center trying to set up a new joint account. Was told different things for each person I spoke with and a week had passed without anything being accomplished after we were told everything was completed on our end. Went into this branch and had everything set up exactly how we needed, within less than an hour. Highly recommend going directly to Josh to get everything taken care of quickly and easily. I wish the call center had worked better but for future needs, I will be calling Josh!

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at this location. As soon as we walked in we were greeted at the door by a young man named Caleb and he helped us the entire time. I told my husband that they were the "Chic-fil-A" of the banking industry because of the impeccable customer service we received from Caleb. As Always the Tellers, Office Staff, Loan Officers and Managers are Outstanding!!! Day in and Day out they operate with perfection!!! The James Island Branch sets the standard for any and all Credit Unions and Banks!!! It's a pleasure to walk in every time to transact my business. They are the Best!!!

The engine in my vehicle blew. I had no idea what I was going to do. I was put in touch with Anita and Wanda (loss prevention). These ladies offered multiple solutions. I visited Caleb (Sam Rittenberg location) and within an hour was approved for a loan refinance which was enough to purchase a new engine and keep the payments almost the same. What could have been a horrible situation and a hit to my credit score was turned into a positive experience because of SCFCU and these three employees. I LOVE my credit union!!

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. All of the tellers wore mask and practiced social distancing. I felt safe and comfortable while doing my banking. I have been a member since 1998 and look forward to remaining a member for years to come.

The SC Federal Sam Rittenberg branch is by far the BEST branch that I have ever been to! The staff is welcoming and makes you feel like you are family and not just a customer. They are knowledgeable about all their products and promotions and give suggestions to help make sure that all your banking needs are exceeded.

The branch manager, Michael Adams, prioritized my needs and made the transition seamless while saving me thousands of dollars over the life of my loan. Probably the best loan experience I've ever had. Most of it was done online due to Covid and there really wasn't a need to go into their office outside of signing the final papers. Good rates to boot! I definitely recommend it.

Everyone has been absolutely wonderful. Helped me with any and all issues that came up as I was taking over our finances from my husband who had a non-cancerous brain tumor and unfortunately things were a mess. Very professional. I always receive 5Star service at SCFCU, however Jacob F. provides a consistent high level of service. He is a good listener, very attentive and efficient.
