I got lash extensions for the first time and Megan has done such a phenomenal job. They are gorgeous and worth every dollar spent. The application experience itself was so relaxing I was nodding off which I'm usually never comfortable enough to do when getting any kind of work done. I'm also really grateful for her input about which shape/style to go for to best compliment my eyes/length of my eyelashes. Couldn't have had a better experience!

I had my first appoint with Megan at Beauty Call Charleston and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and made sure to discuss with me the products she was using, addressed any concerns I had regarding my skin and made several recommendations on how to best tackle those concerns. The facial itself was amazing!!! I loved the quality of products she used and her space is very calming and relaxing! Exactly what I needed! I couldn’t be happier with the results and look forward to going back!

I had an appointment with Megan and she did such a great job with my lashes! I came in 20 minutes late because of traffic and she was so understanding and finished the appointment on the time even with me being late. She is so nice and did such a great job. I love my lashes and I would definitely come back!

Went to BeautyCall for the first time yesterday to get a facial I scheduled with Megan. She did an amazing job and left my skin feeling clean and refreshed! My husband even said my skin was glowing when I got home! I also appreciate that she took the time to give some tips on keeping my skin healthy and protected especially with the summer months coming and I tend to spend a lot of time outdoors. I have had a teeth whitening and brow tinting with Megan and she is always so kind and does such an amazing job! My teeth are so many shades brighter and look amazing. I always feel so comfortable throughout the process and highly recommend Megan! Thank you again!

I have been a loyal customer of BeautyCall Charleston since 2021. Megan is the owner and also my lash and waxing technician. She is amazing at what she does and always very accommodating to my needs and preferences. She is friendly, professional, and meticulous. The salon is clean, the prices are fair and the services are top-notch.
Even though I haven't personally tried the other various services offered such as makeup services, facials, teeth whitening, etc; I did gift my friend a gift certificate for a massage there and she thanked me for introducing her to this wonderful salon as she had enjoyed her massage very much. The few times that I’ve had to see other staff members, they have been great as well. I highly recommend BeautyCall Charleston to anyone looking for a quality beauty experience!

Megan has.been doing my lashes for years! I first went fir my sons wedding, then I was hooked! When she moved her business from James Island to Summerville, I followed her! I get so many compliments on my lashes and she is so professional and talented in what she does! Would highly recommend Megan for your lash or even skin care needs!

Frank gives the best massages at a reasonable price and I just got some waxing services done by his wife Megan who has such a passion for her work and such a gentle touch.
This place is def my new relaxation station.

Megan is fantastic! She has been waxing me for several years and is always thorough and professional. She makes you feel comfortable being in such a private and vulnerable position. Highly recommend.

I just had my second massage with Frank and it was great. I had a 90 min hot stone massage this time and before that I had a relaxation massage. Frank was very nice, asking me questions about specific areas I needed more attention or less etc, and went over what to expect. I have been looking for someone that is attentive, that listens to what I need, and doesn’t make me feel like I am in a medical facility like the chain places. I recommend Frank 100%.

Nayeli was great to work with. I got a facial, eyebrow wax and color and teeth whitening. Nayeli explained procedures, told me about the products she was using and gave information on how to maintain. The place was very clean, Nayeli was extremely helpful and I look forward to my next visit.

Megan is awesome! She waxes most my body parts and I feel completely comfortable with her. Always a great job.

I went to three other lash salons before I found BeautyCall. I've been going there now for several years and I love it and especially Megan! She is an absolute professional, friendly and really, really good at what she does. I've had my lashes done by her many times (usually 2x a month). I started with Classic, then went to Hybrid and then full Volume! I love my lashes! I've done facials with her too. As a 70 year old she has really helped me keep some of that youthfulness, and the lashes are the icing on the cake! Her business has evolved over time and now in her new darling little studio in Summerville she has really come into her own with products, clothing and other really cool things. Now with massage services it is really a one-stop-shop. I would highly recommend her.

I have been going to Megan for a couple months now. I was an eyelash newbie and she spent extra time explaining everything, and making sure I was comfortable with my choice. She has been a pleasure every appointment, easy to talk to, friendly, flexible, and incredibly talented. My eyelashes always look amazing when I leave. The environment is comfortable, clean, quiet. I look forward to my fill in appointments every time.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of body pain after my diagnosis and needed a really good massage. I found this place on Groupon. It was a great deal for a 90 minute massage. I’m so thankful I purchased it. Frank is THE best! He made me feel comfortable and You can tell by the way he massages you that he knows his stuff. It’s as if he can feel the pain spots (I’m convinced he can) and he’ll just get down in there and work it out. I left relaxed and feeling great! Definitely will visit him again.

I bought a 90 minute custom massage at BeautyCall through Groupon as a gift to myself to use on my birthday. When I went in to schedule it, there wasn't any availability for several weeks. I left a message on their website asking if they had a cancellation for the 20th, I wanted to use my Groupon as it was my birthday and the ideal present. BeautyCall went the extra mile and contacted a scheduled client and rearranged appointment times so that they could fit me in also on that day. I was blown away by this act of kindness by both the client and BeautyCall and today I enjoyed a much needed massage given by Frank. He really listened when I explained the issues i was experiencing with my back and he tailored his treatment to provide me with the first relief I've had in months. I could feel the tight muscles give way, the knots loosen and the nerves settle down and there aren't words to explain how wonderful it felt. I've booked massage appointments for November and December and believe I might just treat myself to one of BeautyCall's facials as a Christmas gift to myself. I'm so glad I found BeautyCall and I will recommend to my family and friends.

This was my first time at Beauty Call, and the first time I had gotten a massage in quite some time. Frank made me feel comfortable immediately, and there was a wonderful aura about the entire place that made me feel excited about being there.
