Express nails and waxing

On Friday Match 22, 2024, was my first time visiting Express Nails and Waxing Shop. I googled a nail shop nearest to me by my job and their shop was listed number 2 w/ 4.4 ⭐ the highest rating and after I read the reviews, I was thoroughly impressed, I had to go!! The shop opened up at 9:30 am, which was a plus, the area and shopping center it's located at is nice! I was pleasantly greeted by staff and asked to sign in (you will start accumulating points) for discounts. After I signed in, I was asked what service I wanted, which was taking off nails and getting a new full set. The staff seated me to look for the color and desIgn and was very helpful explaining the different concepts. I choose the chrome polish no #21 and was seated at his station. I was able to really observe how beautiful, the cleanliness, the neatness and great ambiance of the shop! The nail tech, was friendly, attentive and possessed excellent customer service! My nails were done w/ precision, detail and tender, love and care. My nail tech is Phenomenal and I highly recommend Him and Express Nails and Waxing. My apologies for not knowing his name. ( His station is on the left side of the shop, desk 1) Thank you for your wonderful and awesome service, I appreciate you!! 🙏❤

This place is great. Very relaxed atmosphere. Vivian was my nail tech. She is Awesome. Her customer service is wonderful and very friendly. Ricky is Awesome as well. He has done my Mother's nails and she was very happy. They also have many pedicure chairs that are lovely.
Definitely a place to go for fast and great work.

This is my go to nail salon. I have been going here since I moved to this side of town 7 years ago. I love it! They do such amazing work. I always get compliments on my nails when I go out.

Vivian is amazing! She did my nails today and totally loved them! She took her time to get with me about the design I wanted to accomplish and made sure I was happy with the end result. I’ll totally come back with her! 💅

Always a wonderful experience. I always love the way my nails turn out. Pedicures are excellent & not rushed. My husband and I enjoy getting a pedicure done together. Eyebrow waxing is excellent as well.

Fast service, no wait, pedicure was great. Everywhere I go, I get cut or pinched, my tech was gentle and precise. Very satisfied with service. Great experience overall.

Ann was great! She did a great job! Haven't had a manicure & pedicure in a while, and it felt great afterwards. I will definitely be back.

I have been to the salon on a previous occasion for a pedicure and was satisfied but this time I arrived around 6:45 pm for a full dip set and pedicure. They asked if I would mind waiting a little while because they had a couple of people already in the chair. They started my pedicure about 20 -25 minutes later. I informed them that I could return at a later date for the dip set because I had come late and didn't want to hold them. But they still accommodated me and didn't make me feel like I was being rushed. I was very pleased with both services and intend to continue to patronize them.

Wow!!! I came to this salon because it was the closest one to me, thinking i'd give it a try. Vivian, the owner, was my nail tech and April did my pedicure and they were both awesome! I got EXACTLY what I asked for and i'm so happy!!! I also got both of these services for $100! Which is super cheap compared to what I have been charged in the past at different salons.

In other words - they've earned another loyal customer!

Nails look good. New update I had broke 3 of my nails and got off work late and showed up at 7:15 and they close at 7:30. Ricky stayed late to fix them. Now that goes way beyond Great Customer Service. Thank you so much Ricky!

This place is amazing!!! I have been going here for a couple months now and they are wonderful!! April does the best pedicures and Ricky is a great nail tech!! Hospitality here is amazing!! They do a great job on eyebrows as well!! If y’all need a good place to make you feel beautiful this is the place to go!!

Had a pretty good experience here. I waited less than 10mins to be seen. And the lady who waxed me was thorough. I had my eyebrows, lip and underarms done for $38. I wanted my lower legs to done but you need to make an appointment for more timely services. All in all I will go back when I need to 👍🏻

Second visit and I was absolutely happy with my nails ❤. The owner is the absolute sweetest and her husband too. This is my new permanent shop 😍
