The check in process was quick and the receptionist was very friendly. I was called to a room before my appointment time had even arrived. The nurse was also very friendly and very thorough. The PA that I saw was Alex and she was wonderful. She asked questions and listened to what I had to say. The woman who drew my blood was also friendly and very gentle. I was very satisfied with my visit.

The nurse who took my blood pressure, etc. was efficient and friendly. My provider, Anahita, was so knowledgeable and helpful, as she always is.
The technician in the bloodwork room did a great job. And the technician who ran my ultrasound was kind, also, and was very caring and efficient. The lady at the front desk was friendly, too.

I love TranSouth. I didn't have to wait very long. DR.WENDY is very nice. She listens to any of my concerns and addresses them quickly. Everyone that I came in contact with from the front to the back was very friendly.

Very kind the whole staff from the receptionist to nurses doctor etc.. they where patient made sure that I clearly understood everything. They took their time, and nothing was ever rushed, but everything was also done speciously. I never felt like I waited anywhere for very long, so it went very smooth. Recommend this location and it’s current staff for sure!!

Everyone on staff was extremely nice and professional. They made sure you understood everything that was going to happen and that you were comfortable. The doctor talked with me briefly before hand and sat down with me afterwards to inform me with was found. I appreciate the way the whole experience was handle.

Very respectful clean office the wait time isn't very long. The Dr is very respectful when talking about your situation he makes sure you get a full understanding. Ever since I had surgery, I have no complaints about nothing .

TransSouth Health is great. Dr. Souder is a very caring doctor and is concerned for each patient. His team of nurse practitioners and nurses are great. I always receive great care when I am there. I love the fact that they have their own surgery center. So much more convenient than going to the hospital.

My experience at the office was very informative. I asked questions and I got answers. The staff , nurse , and the Doctor were all so very , very nice .

Professional, courteous on time care. No long wait time. Knowledgeable professionals. Have been a patient there for over 30 years, never had a bad experience or visit. If you need gastrointestinal treatment Trans South is the place to be .

Dr. SOUDER’s office, office staff, and nurse practitioners are all kind, friendly, and helpful. I never mind paying them a visit even if I need a colonoscopy, believe it or not. Professional care and excellent follow-up. I believe they work hard to let NO ONE fall through the cracks of medical care.

I was very impressed with the actual facilities appearance and layout. Not sure of reception yet, but I was really glad the intake, Dr. and antithesis were polite and very knowledgeable in the field. I was glad that they had care and concern it makes a big impact on your health when healing. I don’t think facilities can realize how they are treated 1st off has a huge impact. I want to thank those whom I was around for treating me so well.

I’m not sure what happened but this recent visit has been the best. Everyone was so very nice and just relaxed. Usually most of them seemed very stressed, unhappy and tightly wound. Total different and wonderful experience this time.

The taff was very friendly. The nurse and doctor were thorough with there questions.They also explained everything so I could understand. They were also very prompt, I did not have to wait any more than 5 minutes for anything.

I was seen on time. The receptionist was very nice. My nurse met me with a smile and did vitals. She went over meds and asked me questions pertaining to visit. My nurse practitioner, Wendy Pendergrass, came in and we discussed my GI health. She sent me for labs and ultrasound, where the techs answered my questions and were very nice.

Miss Burns was great in discussing my situation and I have to add that the two other ladies that did blood work and ultrasound were incredible at their jobs

This place has always been a loving and caring place the nurses the doctors I really enjoy going here I come every 4 years and I like it so thank you all for everything that you do

I see Anahita Anderson at Transouth and she is wonderful. She always gives her undivided attention and answers all my questions. I always leave in better spirits than when I entered.

My experience was very pleasant. The entire staff from getting registered to pre-op to getting the actual procedure was great! Dr. Souder is The best 👌 in my book! Thank you, Transouth for such a positive approach on my procedure on November 16, 2023. I even received a courtesy call checking up on me the very next morning to see how I was feeling!
