Downtown Salon Suites

This is a review I wasn’t very excited about writing. I am VERY picky when it comes to hair cuts. I have yet to find someone well versed in cutting a correct bob for me. I have been everywhere it seems in the Wylie/Murphy area. I have cried after many appts and told by my precious husband “it’s just hair.” And that it is, however when you have an idea in place and it can’t be cultivated, it is disheartening. And yes, it’s hair and you wait for it to grow back only to go somewhere else to be disappointed. Fast forward to Lulu! I called on whim because I had let my hair grow to a point I could have someone start again in my hair. I called Downtown Salon Suites and asked that I have someone knowledgeable in short hair. I was directed and made an appt with Lulu for same day. I can’t tell you how she nailed it! And her price was amazing! She’s the sweetest and an expert. She was so precise. I can’t wait to go back and have her cut my other children’s hair. I can’t believe the prices I had been bloating for subpar service. Thank you Lulu for restoring trust.

Salon Suites in downtown Wylie is clean, happy atmosphere. Hailey Norris, my hair gal is amazing - cut, color, style ... you name it and she can make it happen. I highly recommend Hailey and Downtown Wylie Salon Suites!

I was looking for a hair stylist for a hair cut i have long hair and usually all the others just do the length! So i searched & i had been to Salon Suites years ago,so i decided to read some of the reviews and I read about LuLu Garcia! She did such a great cut i showed her some pic's & believe me she will not dissapoint! I had to go Grocery shopping & the florist came up to me asked may i take a picture of your hair she asked where did i go etc..& other compliment's! My sister's ,so i will keep Lulu as my stylist i hope for along time!!Thank You Gloria....

UPDATE * I made another appointment time t with Lulu after reading her response
To my review and realizing it was all a big misunderstanding so I decided to try her again and made an appointment. She touched up my roots and gave me a wonderful haircut! We were able to talk and she explained what happened last time. I drove 30 miles to give her a 2nd chance since we moved since my last haircut and I will be returning!

What a great salon with so much to offer. Def need to check it out!! Love my haircut and color!!

Got my hair trimmed and my son’s cut and Hailey took great care of us. Always friendly and has a big smile. Took care of my son first and made sure to make him feel comfortable by letting him use the cool automatic vacuum and put on his favorite show. Got my hair done quickly and flawlessly. Want your hair done? Ask for Hailey!

Set an appt with LuLu! She was so professional and kind. Great price for a haircut and she made sure that my daughter got the length she wanted.

I’ve been seeing Alicia for several years. She produces quality results with cut and color. I pretty much trust her with any of her ideas. Also, if you’re into bright non-natural colors like myself, she is quite skilled. Love her!

I can't say enough about the great experiences that I have every time I go get my hair done. Kristen Holt and Hailey Norris are the greatest. I have been going to Kristen for years now an I always leave feeling beatiful and with a smile on my face

Sandy Tucker is the best hairstylist I have ever had. She listens to what you want and then advises you if she disagrees. I have learned a lot from asking questions and my hair has never looked better. My daughter goes to her also .

I absolutely love the cut and color Hailey did for me!! I wanted changed and she did it! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and revamping my sad, tired hair! I can not wait to show off the magic you perfomed!!

We saw Hailey with my 11 year old daughter. She is very personable and did a great job with the cut in the past. This time she was bleaching the tips of her hair for some fun summer color. It turned out great!
