We used DDS-AV for a full conference center refresh. Choosing an integrator for a project this size while being out of state was a challenge. The scope of work spanned multiple rooms and a number of different technologies. Justin with DDS-AV was extremely detailed in his communication from Day 1 and gave us the confidence to proceed. Our onsite team was impressed with the engineers when they came for the walk through and their pricing was on point. They were more than happy to work with us on tweaking equipment needs and any other changes we suggested. Once the work began we were provided with daily updates on progress. This was a successful project from beginning to end and I wouldn’t hesitate to use DDS-AV for any future needs we may have. Truly top notch and a pleasure to deal with.

COVID pushed everything back but when it was time to get the installation done, it was done quickly and efficiently. Not to mention scheduling a tutorial session so the equipment can be used to the full capacity. I would recommend this amazing company to anyone needing AV services.

We recently rented a 12'x9' screen and projector from Roger Harbert and DDS for our company Christmas party award ceremony. Even though I called at the last minute, delivery and setup was on time and everything worked flawlessly. Pickup was on time as well. We could not have been more pleased with their service.
