Dr Lett and staff are top notch! There is not enough space here to tell you how pleased I am with my procedure. In addition to Dr Lett's surgical expertise... he is truly one of the most kindness people I've known.

I am a breast cancer survivor. I was pretty young for this disease where I had life ahead and little kids to take care of….I was stressed, scared, dubious and reluctant to any treatment or surgery…. I was not easy to deal with. During our initial interactions with Dr. Lett, he patiently spent hours to listen to my needs and suggested every possible option to achieve best possible results. He helped us making best possible decision. He also supported me emotionally and switched my focus from being negative about the situation to look at the brighter side of life. He made me forget that I ever had cancer. He has created new me :) Dr. Lett and his whole team has been very supportive and comforting throughout my treatment…honestly no words to explain how amazing the whole team is. Both of his offices at Mt. Juliet and Lebanon are warm & welcoming and are very conveniently located without parking hassle. Highly recommend him!!

I have never encountered a physician that was as kind and patient as Dr Lett. He personally calls after procedures to check on patients. He makes you feel like you are his only patient and only concern. This is so rare in the medical field these days. He is a wonderful man and a wonderful doctor.

All I have to say is amazing! I'm a triple negative breast cancer survivor and let me tell you this whole staff cares about their patients. I mainly had Dr.Lett, Leah and Amber. After I got my implants in 5 days out I didn't feel right and had to call the office Dr. Lett called me on the hour every hour til I was in a hospital bed checking on me. Would recommend a 1000 times.
