I would like to thank James(overnight guy) for going above and beyond to find a solution for me when insurance covered my much needed medication, but the out of pocket price was still over $800. He helped me get it at an affordable price and he did it without me asking or expecting. He just called back days later to give him a call and I no idea the reason why😃

My son and I were in this morning and the ladies in the pharmacy were so great! I appreciate the team going Above and beyond of their customers. #rolltide

Ever since covid, and EVERYONE in Tennessee waiting until THE LAST MINUTE to get the vaccine, this Walgreens Pharmacy has been a nightmare. NOT due to the Pharmacy itself, but the fact that they are short staffed, had some remodeling going on, and are desperately trying to get enough people trained and hired to open both lines again. 1 for people who are getting the vaccine, and need nothing else, and another line for everyone who needs to pick up their prescriptions. I go weekly to biweekly to pick up my prescriptions, and 2 weeks ago, the last time I went, one of the Pharmacy techs went above and beyond. Not only while training someone new, but he tried to get my prescription filled immediately, since it had been called in at 10 am, said online that it would be ready by 1:15 pm, at 2:00 pm I had gotten in line, that was so far backed up, I didn't make it to the front until 2:35pm. He told me to wait up front for 5 mins, and they would have it done. After 15 mins of waiting, and getting a notification on my phone through the app it was ready, I stood up to be next in line, and the customers were rude to me! I got yelled at by a woman that had skipped 3 other people in line, and had only been there 5 minutes herself. So, I reluctantly got back in line. After being in line for 20 minutes, the Pharmacy tech who had told me to wait 5 minutes saw me, and told me I didn't have to wait in line again, told me to walk back up to the front, and he would take care of me asap! I wish I had caught his name, because he was not only helpful, but courteous and professional! It was the customers who were outrageously RUDE! I hope someone those people read this, and realize that EVERYONE had been waiting there for almost an hour, and some even LONGER! Anyway, because of him, he gave me hope to come back to that Walgreens, and not transfer my prescription somewhere else.

I'm not a regular Walgreens customer. So when I do shop there. I'm not familiar with the store layout. The employees are always helpful. Especially management, specifically Cherrie. This woman is very informative and knowledgeable about her store. She seems to always go above and beyond her job duties. Mainly those that have to do with customer interaction and satisfaction.

I've always, always, always recieved wonderful customer service here at the pharmacy.
I got a call from the pharmacy today and it was about my inhaler that I had picked up a few days ago, and they were just making sure I've used it before - pretty much just checking on me. I didn't get the gentleman's name who called me, but he called me on June 26, 2020 at 4pm. He was incredibly helpful and nice. I sincerely wish I had caught his name, but if you figure out who he is -- please let him know that he is so kind, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to! 5 stars for that guy!

The minute clinic was quick when my son needed a shot for school. My prescriptions are always filled quickly and their auto fill/text notification works great as does their online site. Price for items and sale Items beat others/CVS hands down.

They has Walgreens cash that you earn dollars instead of points like it used to. They greet you when you walk in. They have many products including clothing and lots of beauty products. They have walkers and bathtub chairs and canes. Many foods and snacks and you can clip coupons and get cash register rewards for your next visit before 7 days. The Walgreens cash adds up quickly. Such as if you spend $20 you'll get a $5 reward to spend on your next visit and can earn up to $50 to spend.

I used their clinic to get immunizations and the experts were amazing. Everyone was delightful to talk to and the physician- person put things into laymen's terms. The service was much quicker than anywhere I've ever been and I would definitely use this clinic again. As for the rest of the store I can't really judge but I didn't overhear any quarrels.

I just love the great bargains I find at Walgreens, and also pick up my meds. Friendly staff and excellent choices. But I really love the clearance on products, what a deal.

Patty the Beauty Consultant is the best! She helped me find my right shade when there was no testers due to the Covid-19 she made my day! Thank you!!

Usually pretty fast for pharmacy has a little of everything

Yr neighborhood pharmacy an other goods you may need.Pricy on some items..Sales are better.

The sweetest lady just helped us in the drive through pharmacy! Please don't loose that one!

This Walgreens always helps remember is you by name and even when they are very busy they stay friendly and give prompt service

Was waiting in long line but photo part opened up. They were really good to customers.

Parking can be tuff. But they usually get you through the line quickly.
