I like Home Depot but this location has pretty bad customer service. I called ahead to ask if I could stack military discount with credit card offer and was told I could and to just come into the store. When I arrived they informed me they can't. I tried to order the item and they told me they couldn't have it shipped to store but they could override shipping to be free but then didn't. They gave me an estimated arrival range of 7 days and I called at day 6 to check status they said it wasnt available. I called again day 7 and they said it again but I pressed them and they put me on hold for ~15 minutes. I hung up and redialed which rang for ~5 minutes before they picked up and immediately starting telling me nonsensical details about why they were taking so long (didn't even say "Hello" when I called again that time). They told me they may or may not have it all and I would have to show up to verify if the order (packaged in boxes) was complete. I advised them I would pickup the next day just before noon. Upon arrival at the store I tell customer service and they inform me my item hasn't arrived yet. I convey my phone conversation and the staff didn't believe me and had to check with her supervisor. The supervisor told me he overheard someone talking about an order that was incomplete and which may be mine. They then sent someone to go look and left me at the front of the store waiting for 15 minutes. It wasn't until I walked to the back of the store that I saw they were getting my order with a forklift. When placing the order in the back of my truck the forklift operator gently hit my tailgate lifting it up and seemed to not be phased. I come to find out that the item was received on day 2 of the delivery window and not a single person that received it or that verified it was present had decided to enter that information into the system. Not a single person called to tell me that my order was available as I was instructed would happen. Not a single person knew if my order arrived in full. And not a single person attempted to apologize or show any good will for the disorganized chaos and circus that they put their customer through.
