I dare you to find a Honda repair facility better than Arrowwood. Fair pricing, excellent work, super friendly staff.

Ok, i normally keep this to myself but this place is awesome. I needed a very expensive Honda Pilot VPC mod fix and they were $1k lower than the highest estimate I got. Work was professional and completed within 24hrs so I could pass inspection. I can't say enough...this is the go to shop for San Antonio Honda owners.

We took our 2013 Honda CRV in that we pull behind our RV. We only had a couple of days in San Antonio as we were passing through on our way back east and the car had started making a loud sound in the rear. Dave was so kind and helpful as was everyone there. They took us right in and checked everything out. They were fantastic! After driving it they diagnosed the problem! Our back tires were “scalloped” due to an alignment issue. They said everything else checked out and was fine. They don’t sell tires so they made no money off us. It is so rare to find a business like this one! We highly recommend them! They are honest folks who care about doing right by their customers!

Took Honda CRV for oil change and an Accord for used car inspection. Spoke to Greg on the phone was courteous and well knowledgeable on both vehicles. Fair price and I will definitely be back for any further maintenance and service. You will see why the reviews are justified A+

Highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back for service and vehicle problems. I took my wife's Honda here after a very bad experience with a dealer service center. I thought there was a problem with the stabilizer in the front. What they said was actually the sway bar links were replaced by the dealer, but one left loose. So they fixed it, said the dealer didn't tighten a bolt that needed to be tightened, and said no charge. Pretty shocking it's free after being nickeled and dimed by Honda.

This shop came recommended to me by more than one person, and I have made recommendations to other Honda/Accura drivers. I’ve been there a few times and they have been good to me. They are honest and up front about what you need and don’t need.

This is the kind of interaction you would expect from an automotive shop. Friendly customer service, up front (and reasonable) pricing, and quick turn around times. I purchased my Honda out of state and was looking for a place to get a tune up, oil change, and have it looked at when I got back into town. I came across this place online and upon reading the reviews I had called to get a quote and schedule an appointment. The customer service over the phone was very helpful and friendly. You can tell these guys have been doing this for a while because I was given a quote instantly. Not only that but my oil change for my '05 was reasonably priced especially compared to the big name places who try and give you these crazy add ons. I already knew I was leaving her in good hands when I dropped her off. Later that same day Mr. Greg called me, and this is what mattered the most to me, he gave me a detailed explanation on what they did to the vehicle as well as informed on some of the things that are going to need to be serviced soon with a price for all that as well as a price for some of my maintenance. When I went to go pick up my vehicle I had forgotten all the stuff he told me over the phone and he had no problem explaining it to me again. The other gentleman in the lobby expressed to me on how quality this place was. It seems like their customers are loyal and I was satisfied with my experience. I will continue to bring my vehicle here as I feel this is a place I can trust and not just trying to turn out customers. Premier customer service and quality parts and work! Thanks guys!

Disclaimer - I purchased my car with 6 miles on it in 2013 with the intent of being the ONLY owner. So when it comes to the work done on my car I can be quite picky about the who, how where and price.

Wanted to find a shop to do the routine work and parts replacements as they reach end of life. Given the reviews, I wanted to try them out. So just did the oil and filter on my 2013 Si. Total cost after tax and cash discount was cheaper then the dealership 'sale' price for oil and filter change before tax. I see why they have customer testimonials going back as far as 2004.
Attentive, friendly, and well just down home feeling.

Don't recall who did the work, though I am satisfied. There was no super speed acceleration when pulling it into the bay. (seen the dealership techs discover the joys of the Si when doing my oil changes). Heck he drove my car with enough care Ms. Daisy wouldn't have peep to complain about.

Watched as he did the work, methodical, calculating, took his time and even checked the pressure on my tires while it was up on the rack. Gave it a check over, let me know all was well.

total price- 59.95. You could go to Jiffy Lube and get a 29.99 oil special, but if you have a car like mine and it needs the good stuff to keep performance up, you prefer quality, you are into putting money into a locally own and operated business. This is the shop for you.

Arrowwood did excellent work on my old odyssey at the end of 2020. Now in May of 2021 I had a new issue, totally unrelated. I called and got a quote from Arrowwood and a quote from another highly rated shop. I went with the other shop because their quote was $200 lower. In the end, the other shop ended up charging me more because their estimate didn't include the top quality part or a necessary filter. Next time I'm not calling for a quote, I'm taking my Honda straight to Arrowwood. Always top quality parts. Estimates I can trust.

Arrowwood took good care of our Honda Accord recently. They were straight forward about what was needed and got our car running again. We couldn’t be happier that we chose them. We definitely recommend them to Honda owners.

I was so impressed by Dave and Greg's level of service. I first encountered Dave around 730 pm on a Thursday (way past their hours of operation) at his shop by coincidence. My 2000 Honda Accord has just broke down in front of their shop. I was hoping to leave the car in their parking lot until the next business day. Even though they were closed, Dave took out his tools in the parking lot and got is started so I could get it home.

The next day I went back there to have them do a diagnostic. Not only did they do a thorough run down of everything wrong with my car (and let me tell you, there's a lot!), but Dave and Greg also took the time to review the diagnostic with me and gave me a priority list to focus on to get it back up and running well.

As someone who has a high standard for customer service, I was so happy with my experience and I will recommend this shop to anyone with a Honda or Acura. Their team is smart, professional, kind, and they simply do the right thing. Look forward to giving them my business moving forward!

I won't let anyone else work on my Honda and Acura. Their prices are significantly less than the dealership and their quality of work is even better. Most importantly, they are honest and will not take advantage of you. They understand the value of retaining a customer for life. Once you give them a try you will never go back to the dealership again for service.

Perfect Acura service shop. I have been bringing my Hondas and Acuras here for over 20 years. I have much respect and appreciation for Arrowwood! The mechanics are straight forward and use quality OEM parts for repairs. I highly recommend this shop to my friends and family. I will continue to bring my cars here for the foreseeable future!

Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. They took care of every issue I had within a day and 1/2. They even went above and beyond spending time researching a unique issue I had with my 1997 Chevy Silverado, and didn't even charge me for that time! I am impressed, and definitely recommend them to do work on all makes and models, not just Honda and Acura.

Anyone who remembers "shade tree mechanics," who you could trust in a pinch to accurately diagnose a problem, do the repairs in a timely manner, without gouging the price like a dealer, will appreciate Greg and his team at Arrowwood. They will explain repairs in as much detail as you can comprehend without demeaning the customer. Repairs rarely take more than a day, so they use their skills efficiently. If you own a Honda, make this your ONLY stop for car care. Greg gives off great vibes, and I compared the cost of them compared to two other nearby auto stores for the same exact job and they were so much more better and did a far superior job. I'm a life long customer.

Greg is a great guy to work with... I have had service there for several years for Honda (1990 Accord) and Acura vehicles (2001 MDX, 2015 RLX). If you get the vibe, vehicles last because of good service. They are honest and have affordable prices, much better than our city's dealership. They have been open since 1996 and trained as certified Honda/Acura technicians.

Brought my Acura TSX in for power steering and a/c issues. My regular mechanic quoted me around $2,000 for the power steering alone. Arrowwood very politely explained that my issue was misdiagnosed and was able to fix both the A/C AND power steering for $263! Best part was that the entire process took less than 24 hours from drop off to pick up. Trust the reviews, these guys are amazing.
