Exceptional experience with Dr. Sarah and her team. Walked me through my treatment plan and provided treatment options that aligned with me overall dental goals and budget. Explained clearly what treatment was needed and provided space for me to ask all of my questions. I asked several and never felt rushed. Felt like all my questions and concerns were answered. Dental team did an amazing job explaining the cost and providing an options that best suited my insurance and any potential out of pocket cost. Dr. Sarah and team took their time with treating two of my teeth but was efficient resulting in me not having to be in the office all day. Dr. Sarah is super kind, upbeat, and extremely knowledgeable. Overall great experience and great dental office!

I broke one of my teeth over a weekend and was able to get an appointment quickly with Dr. Sarah. I have high anxiety about dental visits but they made the whole visit easy. I was even able to get a permanent crown on the broken tooth the same day! There was another cavity that had to be fixed too but all in all the whole trip was easy. It did take awhile because they had to manufacture the crown while I was there (a couple of hours), but I far prefer that over having to make multiple trips. Insurance was not an issue, all the staff was kind, and no one made me feel guilty for avoiding the dentist for so long 😂

This dentist is so understanding and kind to everyone who walks through their doors, I came in for my first visit today and it put my previous dentists to shame with how welcoming and caring they were to all customers, regardless of circumstances. They gave me a free service simply because I couldn't afford it and they wanted me to have the best dental health I could. It's a wonderful sign to see someone who cares more about the people they care for than just profiting. I would absolute recommend them to anyone who is thinking about attending

The most thorough, professional and customer friendly dentist I have ever had. Dr. Patel addressed and rectified several long standing dental issues with ease, painlessly and with precision. The offices are conveniently situated, easy access, plenty parking and entire process is digitized making information readily accessible and available. Highly recommend Johnson Ferry Dentistry especially Dr. Patel.

This has been my dental office for 5+ years !! I love it here ! The staff is fabulously amazing from the front desk clerks , dental assistants , to the dentists! They are extremely knowledgeable on military stuff. So, if you are in the military and looking for a good civilian dentist.. THIS IS THE PLACE! Thank you Johnson Ferry Dentistry ! I was looking forward to having Dr. Patel do my cleaning and process. I was given Dr. Sarah. She was very detailed in her recommendations, and Professional while building a strong rapport. Lately I’m a little nervous to go the dentist but she made it easy for me to be pain and stress free. Quality dentists and treatment ! Great experience each time

This is a great dentist's office and Dr. Janki Patel is a wonderful dentist!! Her and her teams experience, knowledge and care made me feel very comfortable, especially for someone with a lot of dental anxiety. Dr. Patel went above and beyond in getting my treatments completed as soon as possible. Quality dentist and care.

I’ve been going to Dr. Patel for the last five years, and she is by far one of the most compassionate, caring, professional, and efficient dentists that I’ve ever gone to. She treats her patients and staff with kindness and respect, and makes sure that her patients understand step by step what their treatment options are. I would highly recommend this practice!

Every staff member is so kind and personable. Dr. Patel is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had in my life. We’ve moved around the country a lot. She gives good, sound counsel, and her overall demeanor is compassionate and caring. She’s also highly professional and very good at her craft. I would absolutely recommend this group. Our kids go here and my husband goes here. It is truly a family dentistry. I also appreciate how they’re very upfront about how much things cost and what your insurance will cover, so you can make the right choice for your health and your finances.

I just had some major dental work done, a root canal and crown. And the whole team was very helpful and professional through the whole process! I had Sarah as my main dentist, and she was amazing. I highly recommend her and this office for your local dentist office.

Dr. Patel is an outstanding Dentist. Not only does she diagnose and solve problems, but she also concentrates on preventive measures to keep problems from developing. She did an implant for me that was painless. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and the team at Johnson Ferry Dentistry.

Dr. Patel & Dr. Lee are awesome! In Dr. Lee's absence, Dr. Patel has provided me with the utmost advice and professionalism. Her conscientious persona, care and attention to my dental treatments and aesthic improvements have been amazing. I would also like to acknowledge and compliment the wonderful work and expertise of Dr. Dessieux.

Dr. Patel is making it right, and we are thankful.

Did a root canal on the wrong tooth for my wife (Jessica Tomlinson). Refused to take responsibility. Ignored bbb complaint as well and never responded to the complaint. I'm sure they'll comment to call and they'll assist. Not true, they ignore and don't take responsibility. They have our info on file. If you want to make it right, call us and fix the correct tooth.

Dr Patel is a wonderful dentist! Very skilled at both dentistry and listening. Always made sure I was comfortable. Very empathetic. Had a lot of work done and she was kind enough to call the next day to make sure all was well. Staff are really good also. Hard to beat the care and service. Thankful!

My crown came off and Dr Patel saw me right away. Staff was great dealing with my fears, anxiety and gag reflex. I hadn't been to a dentist years, but they were all so professional and great, I will be back. Thank you. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Dr. Sarah and team did an excellent job setting expectations and surpassing them. Great open communication as the services are provided to keep you at ease and comfortable in the process.

All hands down Dr. Patel is an amazing dentist! I have been a personal very nervous to go to the dentist for many years, but after my visit with Dr. Patel I am so so pleased with my full experience plus everyone in the office are so kind excluding Erica. My smile is 1000% better and I am finally not ashamed to smile anymore ! Thank you Dr Patel and Erica!!!

Dr. Sarah Abdulhameed did an amazing job,I didn’t feel any pain from the beginning of the appointment until the crown was placed ! And my crown was made in less than 30mins. I was in and out in less than two hours .
