pretty good store I’d say, employees are hardworking and honest. Will be coming back often!

I’ve always coming here when I need something special for an event this time I’ve bought something for thanksgiving and it’s so much fun 🤩

I brought 12 balloons purchased elsewhere, that needed to be blown up day of party and Kayla, balloon lead, made it happen quickly during a busy time. When one of the number balloons wouldn’t float she substituted for me without extra charge. I very much appreciated it!

They had so many colors & sizes of balloons in stock to make the arch for our community fall festival!!!

Love this party city. Takila is great. Awesome communication skills. Wonderful personality. She is an event planner so running my ideas by her and listening to her suggestions was a great experience yesterday. Easy to find what you need and more. Nice store

The experience was good, I couldn't ask for more from a party store. Customer service was acceptable for my family and I. The worst thing about this location was the other customers who seemed to never be pleased, almost every time I'd see an employee they were in a heated conversation with a customer about products that aren't in stores or the return policy.
If you are a humble person Party City is the right place for you.
If you are ignorant and needy you will not be pleased by the unfortunate truth of a business such as this.

Bought my balloons at party city for a bridal shower and they did a beautiful job of putting together the bouquets. Maddie did an excellent job arranging the balloons, very pleased.

I came in to Party City a day before New Years and I was elated with the kindness of the African American gentleman that helped me and greeted me with a smile. Would totally recommend to everyone...

Great store and good collection of various items. Not a lot of staff, still better than purchasing from Amazon. Manager was very nice and matched my online coupon code.

Carrie is awesome and has great hair! In total seriousness, she was super helpful and cheerful and I was at the end of a line of complainers. She's a force of nature! Good for her!

Best customer service ever! When the store was out of the size for my son's costume, the store manager personally went to another store to pick one up and have it ready for us next morning. Above and beyond.

Just picked up my 7 year old's costume..I told the clerk the number and the size he wanted. Verified they had it, walked to the back and there it was! Thank you. Painless and quick.
