Los Balito's Taco Shop - Bitters

For a spot to be open 24 hours, it was pretty clean and vibrant. They had great service at 3 a.m., and my tacos were really good! I'm giving it 5 stars because they pulled this off at 3 am and most restaurants can't do this at 3pm

Everything was great. Bilingual staff. Clean restaurant. Excellent customer service. Great food. Lots of options at the salsa bar. Just a wonderful place to grab some good food.

I finally found a piece of home. California style!. I am on the hunt for Nachos. And not your normal melted cheese and jalapeños kind. I'm talking about loaded Mexican style nachos. I'm googling, this place pops up on the list. Then I remembered that this Location has been advertised before on the radio on 98.5.
•These nachos hit the spot. It has carne asada, guacamole, pico de Gallo, beans, and a great amount of cheese. It was enough for 2 people. The horchata paired well with their spiciest red salsa and chiles toreados. We will definitely be back for more.

Staff is very friendly. Restraunt is clean and spacious. Food is very good. Ordered a few tacos and there was plenty of salsa. Waitress came by a couple of times to make sure we didn't need anything. Great little spot.

Always come here forever!!! Lol this place has the best Cali-style burritos. Try the steak a la Mexicana burritos. This is Mexican comfort food to the max. One of my favorite parts is the salsa bar! This is a great date idea. The tripas are also good because they make them crunchy. Another plus is that it's open 24/7 😫😁

I have nothing bad to say about this place. I’ve been here about 30+ times and every single time, I get the Mini Tacos with Asada. It is absolutely THE best street tacos I’ve tasted in town. I believe the “Ranchero” sauce puts it over the top above others. The service has been great each time at multiple locations and mainly the after hours spot here at Embassy. I DJ near by and get hungry from time to time. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Best carne asada tacos! Reminds me of my Hispanic family home cooking. Love the selection and the beans were so fresh!!!! Hot sauce, chilis and limes in a bar style, self served. So far my favorite place in SA to go!

this place is so good! hubby nearly finished his cali burrito before i could snap a picture. i got the full order of chicken nachos with everything. hubby got the cali burrito. my son got the kids quesadilla. and we got carne asada fries to share. we love the salsa bar! mild to hot salsa’s!!

Telling you right now - this place is underrated and so freaking delicious. They used to be open 24hrs a day but covid put a stop to that and now most nights they close at midnight. Still excellent food, still excellent service. When you walk in to an establishment like this and absolutely no one is speaking English, know you’re in the right place. These people know what’s up when it comes to all things tacos, enchiladas, asado, relleno, etc. They have it all and they will not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and get here NOW.

ordered from this place thru uber eats. Omg! i got the super nachos and i couldn't stop eating it. Definitely hit the spot. I also ordered a burrito for my son and he loved it.

It was amazing I had to go get myself an order. spent less than 10 minutes and spent under $10 a great deal.

Wow, this place looks great inside.
Its been awhile since I've been here and the changes have been for the better
The bar upfront as.well as the salsa bar with multiple selections including pickled jalapenos and vegetables and sauteed onions and jalapenos to add to any meal. I got a veggie burrito that was massive and tasted fresh and full of flavor.

We loved the cute guys working the kitchen smiles and how great of a job waitress did

Really good. Only had the Cali Burrito but it was yummy. Open 24/7 which is super nice.

24 hour taco place. Love it!

I had cheese enchiladas with beans and rice, and it was excellent. Will be returning next time I'm in San Antonio.
