Walgreens Pharmacy

I have MANY medications that I have to take for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Pots syndrome, anxiety, etc. Everyone is always so kind and willing to help if there is any issue making sure they have the medicine or any problem with insurance. I have to definitely say that the Pharmacist Austin truly goes above and beyond. You can tell that he truly loves his job and am thankful for him and the whole staff as well!

They take great care of me there and they have for years the staff at the pharmacy are great as well as the staff in the the department store

Used to shop here daily. You can find just about anything you mite need randomly. Great place or one stop shop.

Great employees

Very very slow and they never have my prescriptions ready .... One or two of the employees are nice tho.

Worker at the window was very impatient and rude I sat in line 20 mins pulled to the window she asked for a pharmacy card that I have never used anytime I’ve been there..told her I didn’t have one and I asked name of medicine to pull up on rx coupon while I was searching she asked me to pull off and get back in line it took literally 3 mins to find the medicine so I ignored her and then gave her the info, 6 cars behind me why would I pull off when I had to wait to get to the window just like other customers, maybe a bad day or rude customer before me but definitely ruined me using that Walgreens ever again

Slow unfriendly service. I always get my prescriptions at walgreens for the price, but i will never go back to this one. The one by walmart is better. The one in murfreesboro close to the hospital is the best.

Sat in the drive through window for 30 minutes this morning, no one answers the call button but watched them take care of two people inside without even checking the drive through during that time. Absolutely inexcusable service. I will never do business with them again. Go to Gibbs instead.

I always have an issue with them getting my medication. They either tell me their out of stock or the DEA has put a hold on their shipment of medication. Or they have to check with my doctor when I've been getting my medication from them for over 2 years.

The techs are unable to properly handle insurance. My wife is running into issues and both our insurance provider and benefits manager (BCBS, CVS Caremark) show my wife as active. This Walgreens simply doesn't know how to handle insurance when they run into any issue.
