Big Lots

A friend of mine had bought her furniture at Big Lots, nice quality, so we went in to look for furniture. The sales guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They had a descent variety of living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. I found 3 mattresses I liked, we also found the living room furniture we like. I would not have guessed the quality of their furniture to be as good as it is. The prices are reasonable and they have payment plans available.
I also fell in love with some of the home decor they have. Their outdoor furniture isn’t as plentiful but I liked what they had. They also have kitchen ware, outdoor decor and tools and a wide variety of other household items. This store is with a look.

I had the best phone experience with Kaylie. I call for something work related and her being new to the store she ran all over just to make sure I was covered. I appreciate her.

I love big lots so much that I can't wait to go back there and shopping for stuff

Worker bees are always friendly at the Lebanon Big Lots! They work hard at getting all the new items on the shelves, everytime I go in, they are very focused!

Got some great furniture at great prices but the customer service is why I’ll be back. Issac and Angie were amazing. They were kind, professional and super helpful! Even post-sales, they were great. This is how every furniture buying experience should be!

Susan the Manager here is the best!! Including the District Manager! I was having issues with my furniture warranty! They're unwillingness to help with my situation was ridiculous! Susan & the District Manager made sure my family & I were taking care of! God knows they're a blessing & SOLVED MY ISSUES! I love e this store for years & now I will continue too!

Fun place to shop for home goods and non-perishable groceries. Great bargains can be found if you look carefully. I always enjoy a trip here to see what I can find that I just can’t live without!

Stephanie is the lovely lady that checked me out. I had $70 worth of coupons and she was so patient in trying to get those to work (corporate, y’all need to change the way the rewards coupons work). Stephanie was the sweetest and got everything figured out for me!

Love this store my husband and I went in there and purchased a new couch and loveseat. Will be delivered today. The gentleman was very helpful and also gave us the information to help us get it delivered. Very friendly and very nice.

Big lots has really upgraded over the years. Nice store and good selection. I got furniture there really nice, great price!

We have never had a bad experience here. Always friendly staff and the assistant manager from the furniture department ( I believe and wish I could remember her name. ) once delivered our recliner all the way to our home because we could not fit both chairs in the truck. She delivered it after she got off work that night. That is certainly going above and beyond!!!

I love everything about this store. The 1st thing being the prices in the willingness for everyone they are to help you. I will continue to shop at big blocks and I am grateful that it is in our community

Love the redecorating... The furniture dept Susan is a bit overwhelmed... Several customers waiting to purchase or had questions about furniture.. And apparently she was the only one working on Saturday. We fill out a credit app and didn't purchase anything, we just left. Guess anybody wanted on that particular day.

All big lots stores are pretty much the same, very clean, good selections, friendly staff. Love all the summer items they carry every yr & we buy alot of christmas lights here also.

Bought a mattress here. It was a quick process and a great deal and they brought it out to our truck. They have a lot of furniture that I really liked. I was surprised by the good quality furniture in a discount store.

I recently moved to Franklin and furnished my whole two bedroom condo.the guy in furniture named Tim is absolutely amazing and unbelievable.he not helped me and put my furniture up til later that day.but also helped me get a mattress I had been wanting.plus maybe.Susan is great she helped me alot

First time in a Big lots. My son and I walked through checking it out. A smallish Dept store would be a good explanation. A lot of stuff set up in small Dept’s. Clean and well organized.

One of my favorite discount stores. Bring money, I can never get out if there without spending at least $100, because they always have new name brand merchandise at a fraction of the price you'd pay at other retailers!
