First visit went great! Front office personnel were professional and efficient. Loved that all my insurance was already verified before I walked in the door. Check in and all the paperwork was done electronically on an iPad. Another great feature.

Dr. Shah was exactly the dentist I was looking for! He didn’t try to push anything extra but he did make me aware of some issues that could arise in the future. It’s wonderful to know that I’ll be seeing the same dentist and hygienist each time. Not an ever changing face, as was the case, in the chain dental practice I was going to before.

The office was clean, modern and up to date. TVs are installed on the ceiling and in front of you for viewing during your appointment. Loved that!

Wonderful Dentist and staff! Both of my kids are completely comfortable going to the dentist again. Dr. Shah and the staff are accommodating and always let us know the cost up front. The online scheduling is very convenient as well. If you're searching for a good dentist, just book it. You'll be satisfied.

Dr. Shah and his team are so friendly and did an excellent job with my appointment, I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort during my cleaning (I have very sensitive teeth and usually dread going to my 6 month cleanings). It was such a great experience compared to other offices I’ve been to, they asked multiple times throughout my appointment if I was comfortable and I could tell they truly care about ensuring a positive experience for their patients. Additionally, the office is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. I loved seeing all the live plants around the front. I am glad that I chose to go with their office!

This is the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Shah is so amazing. He always makes you feel so comfortable and answers all questions and concerns with a lot of kindness.The staff is amazing as well and they all go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your visit. This place is amazing. I was very nervous at first because it’s been a while since I have gone to the dentist. I’ve always had trouble finding the right place with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the Dentist is very patient and reassuring. He explained my x-rays to me and made sure I understood my treatment. I highly recommend InSmile Dental.

You can call it dentophobia or hate going to the dentist, but it was me before I visit InSmile Dental! The way I found them was that I simply Googled dentist in Wylie and tons popped up. Called a few and they were extremely rude, and unprofessional. I called InSmile and that was it! I found MY FAVORITE OFFICE! Today I went it for cleaning and I was nervous in the beginning because I've had TERRIBLE experiences else where. Staff were super nice and Dr.Shah made my visit extremely easy. Dr.Shah's office is very modern and attractive. His voice is very gentle, he acts with skills, and wisdom. For me, the whole process (X-Rays and cleaning) went by quickly, and the fun part was that I was watching TV while everything was happening! Best dentist visit EVER, will defenitly refer others.

Welcoming staff, great dentist. Arrived half hour early than my appointment and they took me in. Hygienist was very calm, funny and patient.

I had a pleasant experience at InSmile Dental. The front desk was very friendly and patient with me while explaining me how my insurance work. Dr. Shah is very personable, listens, and makes you feel comfortable. The hygienist did a phenomenal work. She was very gentle and left my teeth looking and feeling clean.
