Manager was very nice and attentive. Great pick up location. Car was ready at promised pick up time.

Absolutely appreciate these guys! Shawn and Tony are absolutely wonderful. They helped me when another Hertz did not have a vehicle for me. They treated me with respect and kindness and because of them I was much calmer on the trip I had to make. The 20 miles I had to travel to get to them was well worth it! I believe I'll keep my business with this Hertz instead of going to the ones much closer to me and that's mainly cause these guys were awesome!

I had another company last minute cancel a reservation I had made for my vacation. I called all over surrounding counties trying to find a vehicle that would accommodate our trip and all passengers comfortably. I last minute called Hertz. Tony at Hertz in Lebanon found me one at another location and had one of his drivers go get it for me and bring it to his location. No other place even offered to look around. He did me a huge favor and it made our trip so much easier. The minivan was amazing.... Clean, excellent condition, drove well, and was super comfortable. Thank you again Tony for the AMAZING customer service. He really did go above and beyond for us. I definitely recommend them.

Tony at the Lebanon, TN location is outstanding to deal with. Another vendor in town canceled and was unable to support travel through our corporate account. Tony was able to get me into a clean Nissan same day and a great rate. While with the rental, I needed to extend and called the location. I was able to speak directly with Tony (not a call center) who again came through for me and extended the rental at a week(s) rate saving me more money. The Rogue was a good driving SUV and perfect for a few trips back and forth to ATL. Well Done Hertz & Thank you!

Tony was very nice polite and honest. Will continues to use them.no idea why their would be anything bad to say about this place. I've been calling multiple rental companies and this one by far was better priced.would definitely recommend

Returned to this hertz. The employees were very friendly and kind. The return was very quick and easy. They also had the lowest prices around. Usually when something is significantly cheaper you expect some kind of flaw. This was not the case. The vehicle was in great condition and clean. The service I recieved was by far the best I have experienced dealing with rentals.

Had to get a rental during the busy holiday; Shawn Comstack made it a very quick and efficient process to get me taken care of. Checking the car back in and proper paperwork was in and out 5 mins or less. Darien Tubbs made it very efficient and not to mention Ezzard King customer service making sure everything was a good experience for us. I will go back to the guys if I ever need a rental again and highly recommend you to try them out!!!

Shawn Tony and Brian always get me together I love thoughs guys at Hetrz they are the true every time I rent it is always a pleasure with them I live in gallatin and come way over here to get service from them they are awesome and if something is not right they will fix the issue them 3 need a raise for real because they work they add off thank you guys very much

Chris Highers stays in constant communication with renters and is very friendly, polite, accommodating and professional. Ezzard King is a pleasure to deal with as well. Shawn deals well with issues and getting problems solved. My only issue is hertz has their representatives deal with customers at the desk and expect them to do the job of a porter/car detailer, as well, and maintain a professional appearance... I don't find this fair to Shawn, Chris or Ezzard. This the equivalent of having a waiter/waitress serve your meals in a restaurant and intermittently tend to bathroom cleaning duties.

Great Friendly Staff. They are always willing to help. The car we rented from them was a new model Chevy Malibu it was very well kept and clean.
