Abel R Nail Bar

I have been seeing Abel for my hair needs for a few years now and I love him. He is not only professional but knowledgeable. His shop is clean, comfortable and everyone is welcoming. If you want something done to your hair that he's not comfortable with i.e. It won't look good or will ruin your hair, he always comes up with a close but better plan that suits you. Very happy with the natural products that he uses and my hair has never looked better. I went in with a pixie and told him I wanted to grow it out, it is now a little pass my shoulders and extremely healthy.

My update on Abel Rodrigues new salon. He is doing great and the new place is wonderful. I have been looking forward to seeing w, I have not been able to go because I have been sick. He did a great job fixing my hair. I think of him every time I need a haircut and he always makes me feel better, along with looking good.

I have recently joined the clientele at Abel R Nail Salon. Veronica is my nail technician and she has been amazing!!! I come to see her about every 3 weeks. My nails are always gorgeous when I leave and even my pedicure after 4 weeks still looked like I just had them done. Veronica does a very meticulous and very detail orientated job.
I would recommend this location if you are look for top quality!!💜

I had the most amazing, relaxing pedicure today with Claudia at Abel R Nailbar. My Mom also got hooked up with a beautiful haircut done by Mr Abel himself. I love the atmosphere and divine customer service. They are very attentive and listen to what you want. We will be coming back. Prices are nice to!!

I’ve been going to Abel for my hair for years and I won’t go to anyone else! Last time I was there Claudia did my nails and she did a fabulous job! She was meticulous, listened to exactly what I wanted and she was extremely nice! I’ve been a regular for my hair for years and now I’ll be a regular for nails!!! 100% recommend!

If you want the best hair stylist in town you need to schedule with Abel. I’ve been going to him for the past 6 years. He knows his stuff really well. Very worth going

Today was my first time at this salon and I was impressed! Daisy gave me an extremely relaxing pedicure, conversation was great, salon atmosphere is awesome, Abel the owner has his salon chair there for all your hair needs he was so welcoming and Veronica did an amazing job on my nails .. they look great over all 10/10 .. oh and the mimosa was nice and cold .. will definitely come back!

I've been going to Abel every 4-5 weeks for several years now. Abel is fantastic at what he does. The Eufora products he sells are amazing. Separating my curly hair to color the roots can be quite the challenge, especially with my tender scalp. Abel does this with ease and skill. His color mixing and recommendations are on point with what I have in mind (but don't understand well enough to describe with much accuracy). Abel is friendly to chat with -- without being nosey or getting too personal -- and provides a nice, relaxed vibe. I highly recommend Abel for your hair!

Abel is the owner and he makes sure everyone gets taken care of. From the moment you walk in I had a great experience and I know this will be the only place I will go for pedis in San Antonio. Check out the before and after, he's been stellar throughout the entire process. The only one I trust with my hair! He's my color guy for years now, balayage, highlights, fantasy colors, glosses, permanent and demi permanent. It always comes out great!

This salon recently changed hands to Abel and I've been using them from the start. Not only is the customer service amazing, but they do an AMAZING job on my nails. I like getting an old school French manicure and these ladies do the BEST job! Ask for either Diana or Daisy. You won't be disappointed. And the mimosas are yummy too 🤭

I love the new space! Beautiful, open, nice atmosphere, and I got a lovely pedicure WHILE my hair was processing. So great to have multiple services at the same place. As always, I appreciate Abel's skills as well as his pleasant personality and attention to detail.

I have had a loooong search for a good hairstylist who would listen to me and cater my haircut to what I want and what looks best on me. He has over 30 years experience learning how to customize a hairstyle to match the person and damn does it show. I've been three times now, each time I've gotten a hair cut, but I've also gotten a perm and now highlights. I have never been so happy with me hair. He really takes the time to listen to you and take care of you. His salon is always clean and friendly and the appointments never take longer than they need to. His prices are more than reasonable and he doesn't push buying products that you don't need or want on you. Honestly best experience I have ever had and I will be going back to him until he retires.
