TAS OF DENTON

Awesome service, friendly staff. My son loves they had a castle to play in while we waited as that he got to have a handful of peppermint candies. They got to my vehicle quickly and got it done quick. Love they gave me and my son a ride home and then came back to pick us up, that's especially helpful with four kids and not having to drag them around. Will definitely go back if we need anything done to our van.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of work by Steve. He was extremely professional and super proficient. He actually restored by confidence in Good Year after having a bad experience many many years ago. I will go back for service again under Steve's care.

Truck tire size I needed is not common, but I contacted them first thing in the morning and they had the tires ordered and on hand before noon, and got all four installed that same day! Customer service was great; they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And to top it all off, the total cost was $150 cheaper than another popular tire retailer (I won't name them, but I'll give a hint: it's the chain that sells tires at a "discount").

The staff was courteous and kept me informed of the progress of my services. They informed me how long the repairs would take and it was pretty accurate. They provided suggestions on additional repairs I may need in the future with the costs involved. That will help me work that into my budget.

I’ve been going by this Goodyear store frequently over the past year- to get them to air up my tire. Long story about why I couldn’t just get a new tire, but they have always been SO gracious that I was thrilled to be able to finally give them some paying business (a blowout on the highway will make you buy new tires)! As always they provided excellent customer service! I am a “customer for life”!

Other than had to wait passed my appointment time, they always do a great job! Going to miss them but hopefully in 3 months they will bring bk the regular crew guys for the new business

Excellent, straightforward, and amazing service! Love this team. They got me back on the road again so many times and do not overcharge. They also talk to and treat women respectfully, which I haven’t found to be the case at many other shops.

Very knowledgeable and great staff! They were able to give me in same day and diagnosed and fix my car's condition! I would recommend them to anybody that is in need of any kind of car repair! Jimmy is fantastic!

TAS of Denton are top-notch in customer and mechanical service. Have been using them for the last several years and they know me and my car. Since moving here a few years back I’ve had to work through some car issues and I have learned that my trust is not misplaced here. They’re honest and fair. And at 196k miles on my car, I’m still rolling and in full confidence!

Great service today getting a new battery in a short amount of time. Have used this location for almost 20 years. Today’s experience typical with very few exceptions. Thanks Chad and Jeff!

Tristan and the others at Goodyear did a great job repairing our vehicle and were very prompt, professional, courteous and kind. Tristan gave good explanations of what needed to be repaired, the procedure and time it would take to complete. Great job!

I wanted to get a baseline on my truck’s alignment and did not have any time for this service! Goodyear had an immediate service opening! They set my toe, straightened my steering wheel back to zero, checked caster and camber and off I went! Thanks Goodyear team!

After being a customer since 1980 , I have been a part of working there with some Great people who I can honestly call FAMILY!! Hate to see no more Goodyear in Denton, but excited about the future with Mavis becoming the next big thing in Denton!!!

Tristan was the one who helped me and the entire experience was amazing!! I’m always to weary of mechanics but the prices were all fantastic and they even drove me home when I had to leave my car overnight. 10/10!

In today’s economic climate, I believe it’s extremely important to post reviews so the consumer can make informed decisions. My interactions with Tristen regarding tire replacements was a positive one. Not only was he courteous, but very informative, representing the business well.

Good experience. The guys at Goodyear TAS identified my vehicle's thermostat leak, fixed it completely, reasonable charge. I take all my family vehicles there for service.

These guys have taken care of my cars for years! Always have gotten fair pricing, quality work and great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my auto needs!
