Great customer service! We went to use our birthday burger rewards but had some technical issues as we didn't read the 48-hour rule. But it was fine we enjoyed our meal and the manager and our server did a good job explaining the confusion. We will still be going back once our rewards are available.

Make sure you sign up for the rewards online and you get a burger and a side for free on your birthday (required minimum purchase is $4.99). Need to have the right phone number on the account to activate the reward. Friendly service and management. Can recommend

If you are looking for a good tasty burger with endless steak Fry's red robins is the place To be they also have chicken sandwiches fried and grilled they also have a bar area so load the car up and bring the family with you I'm sure everyone will find something they will like I recommend the fried pickles those are very tasty

Been years since I had been to Red Robin! Years later it’s still tasty. I took my girlfriend who had never been and she enjoyed it as well. I had a shroom burger and she had a chicken sandwich and for appetizers we had fried pickles! The batter they fried it in was tasty also.

My waitress Khris Kindle was so full of life, she was a breath of fresh air. She represents the company well by providing honest food and drink recommendations. I was at Red Robin for a business meeting and everyone in our group enjoyed her upbeat attitude and service. Food was good, I did have to send my burger back because it did not come out well done as I had ordered. The onion rings I ordered to go warmed up very well. I ordered the garlic fries as Kris recommended and they were delicious along with my burger.

I went this past weekend with my son and had an amazing experience. We went around lunch time right before the big rush. The hostess was super nice and sat us pretty fast since it was just us two.
Our server was really the shining star! I didn’t get her name but she was so attentive. We were on a bit of a time crunch so we only ordered burgers. I loved that she faced me for my order and then turned to my son to get his order (he’s 10) I thought it was really nice and she treated him with respect.
Once she put in our order we were just sitting around since my young son isn’t a conversationalist lol. Before I knew it, she brought us out a round of bottomless fries with different dips for us to try! Our food came soon after and within the first few bites of my scorpion burger I knew I made a mistake. That thing is spicy! Before it could really set in she had already brought another lemonade to the table!
What really made the experience stand out to me is when I paid my card had declined. By that time the restaurant was getting crowded. She came to me and almost whispered so that my son, nor other customers could hear. The card did eventually go through but it was so respectful and I appreciated it so much. The food was great, service was impeccable, 10/10 can’t wait to go back.

First time back here in a while. The menu has changed but not so radically it doesn't feel like the same place. Food was good, there were a few options I will want to go back for. Quality was much better than the girl in pigtails next door would have provided and with bottomless fries and real sit down dining probably a better overall value. Waitress was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Being an old rogue with a book that was definitely something to enjoy.

This was our first time there but will not be our last. 24 minute drive for us from Plano. Excellent fresh food and very good service. It appears to be a very inclusive place. Our bill was fifty dollars but we ended up taking most of the food home because we got so much. One feature that delighted us is the never ending sides. All the different kinds of fries and other sides you could eat as much as you want. Red Robin, to us, is a winner to which we will return. And BTW, I am a picky eater. What other burger place serves Angel's Envy Bourbon? I was shocked. My only underwhelming point was the house margarita; needs more Tequila. (I am also a discerning drinker.) 😁

This was lunch. Justin our server was amazing. Didn’t get photos. But for starters please grab twisty cheese sticks best ever. Since we had that we got smaller burger Cowboy Ranch tavern was good and very filling. If your garlic fan of fries grab them for me not my favorite. Great service from Justin made us feel special.

This was the first time I've ever been to a Red Robin. Tommy was our server. Although he was young and I could sense that he was a little nervous about dealing with the public, I thought he was an outstanding young man and was attentive without being overbearing. The food was spot on as far as portion size and flavour. Five stars really isn't enough to adequate enough to rate my experience there. If this review is at all helpful and anyone goes to this location, ask for Tommy.

Had a late lunch with my husband. I have a loyalty rewards account and had a free burger waiting for my birthday.
We arrived after the lunch rush and got a seat right away on a Saturday. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu.
Out order was ready pretty fast and their burgers are so good. We love the campfire sauce for the fries.
Always a good choice for when you crave a burger.

Went for dinner with my boyfriend and sat in the bar area with Christian as our server/bartender. He was an absolute delight! The food was so delicious as well! Will go back just to sit with Christian again! Thank you so much for your awesome attitude and wonderful service!!!!

November 5th update.
We came again for dinner and this time I had the Big Pig Out Tavern Burger. As usual AWESOME food! Our server was again Christopher and he was his usual AWESOME!

We were here on August 13th for dinner. I had the Southern Charm Burger and fries, see pics.
As usual it was great. Cooked just right so it was still juicy, the right amount of barbecue sauce, bacon, grilled onions and cheese. The burger was the right level of sloppiness to make it awesome and for me to want another one. The endless fries were also great. Too bad they didn't offer free refills on the burger like they do the fries. The service was really good too. We will continue to come back to this location.

Food was great as always. The waiter I had felt like he was trying too hard to focus on refills and made a couple mistakes but he fixed them. Mistakes happen but it's what we do afterwards that matters. He was trying his best and we still had a great lunch.

We're roofing this building and I had never eaten here before, not sure why.. but it's amazing and the endless fries were great!

Great service and love the birthday burger on the app!

This was my 2nd time at Red Robin. The food and service were great. We were there on a Thursday around 3 and it wasnt super busy. The first time I went I was so hungry that I forgot to take pictures. My husband and officially have a new burger joint. Can't wait for more steak fries. Thanks Red Robin!

Service and food has seen to improve since I was here last time. They changed their menu a little bit and the new items are really good. Definitely coming back more frequently. 😊

The service was great.. I guess they changed the way they make there burgers I’m not really a fan of them. I liked how they use to be. The fries of course are still really good!

Nice place I’ve been a few times burgers are the bomb this time I tried a new item some kind of fried shrimp it tasted really processed I won’t get it again but I’ll go back for burgers. The onion rings are pretty good!!
