The service here is top notch. When I asked for help, the staff immediately dropped what they were doing and focused on my requests. It’s refreshing to a retail store with a professional and helpful staff. Also, the items here are of high quality. Dillard’s is going to be my clothes shopping spot in Denton.

Beautiful store with helpful, friendly sales force but the bathrooms were badly in need of repairs! Holes in the wall, formica counters that were missing a few layers, come on, spend a little $$ and fix those bathrooms +

We really like the quality of clothes at Dillard’s and the people there! They are always willing to help and are patient with us. The Personel find what we are looking for and they know their stock. I purchase items mostly for my son because he is an odd size. He is 5”1’ and has a muscular body with small waist. It is difficult to find clothes that fit him right, not at Dillard’s! Their Class Club fits him perfectly! Their sales are wonderful too. If you want quality, service, with a reasonable price go to Dillard’s! My favorite place to shop.

Dillard's is one of the few remaining department stores that has quality clothing for men and women.

I went in today to get fitted for a bra and Alexis was so sweet, attentive, and understanding! helped me find the perfect bras!

Dillard's has some staff that are average, but they also have some staff that are exceptional. Marina is one of the exceptional ones. My wife was in need of an interview outfit that was better than what she had, something to build confidence and land a job. Marina helped her find something that met that need. After my wife landed the job, we returned for assistance in a wardrobe to start the new job. Marina once again provided exceptional service. Sadly, the store also has some staff that would rather make waves and do not recognize that a hard working employee assisting customers is more important than a complaining employee that has to cover another part of the store. So if you are the GM named Jason reading this, I want you to know that we will return and shop at your store because of Marina.

We love Marina, she is professional, encouraging, knows how to pair pieces together in the best flattering ways. We will be coming back, and asking for her. She helped me pick out an interview outfit, I got the job and she helped me start a new wardrobe, and with the least anxiety possible on my part. I’m truly appreciate for her and she deserves recognition for what she does for her customers and Dillards.

The fragrance area person was very nice i asked for a mens cologne sampler and he went out back for a new untouched one

I was in a time crunch and desperately needed a particular item. Marina @ Dillard's in Denton, went above and beyond to assist me! She made a hectic day a lot easier 🙂 it was nice to see that with people like Marina, true customer service is still a priority.

We came here looking for heels my daughter could wear for graduation. We found them after she tried about 25 pairs. The employee was so kind and patient with us and made us feel so welcomed. Thank you!!! We will be back!!! Best customer service!!!

The salespeople in the bra section are always super nice and helpful. They also make sure you're looking for the correct bra size and suggest different sizes if the one you're trying on isn't perfect. I really enjoy shopping at this store!
