Coffee was good. It has a small sitting area nonetheless it’s comfortable. Outside sitting has a nice view of the wharf and cruise liners docked by the side.

What a great staff at the busiest Starbucks ever! Where the cruise ships are, small parking lot no drive through, but a warm welcome from the barista that could turn a bad day to good! Everything was better than expected!

Very cool location right across from Cruise terminal. Staff was motivated to served and they worked as a team as we got the Box coffee for 15 people and sandwiches and they made it happen in less than 4 minutes. Awesome awesome staff. Restaurant was also very very cleaned with good air condition and clean restrooms. Highly recommended when In the Galveston Area.

It was a little crowded with two cruise ships coming into port, but the staff handled the traffic flawlessly. I had a venti Pike with cream and it was perfect.

This is by far the best experience I have had to date at a Starbucks! Baristas we're very friendly, professional and nice even at five thirty in the morning and took out orders and had our drinks ready in record time. We went back again the second morning no questions asked because of the remarkable service. The drinks were good as well. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Keep it up.

Never have an issue at this Starbucks, and we come almost every weekend. Very rarely out of the things we order, and everyone is super personable. Jonathan and Abby know who we are when we walk in and make it a point, even if they're busy, to say hey before we order. It's Starbucks, so you know it's going to be good, the staff makes it a better experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and swift on the orders. They have plenty of workers to keep the momentum rolling, and the location is perfect. Yes, like any Starbucks there's a lack of sitting chairs, but they manage what they can with the limited space. The Chai and Chestnut Praline Lattes were delicious.

Kevin is amazing. Love the patio! They are so speedy and friendly. Absolutely great place to stop in and work.

The best, the warmest, the romantic place over here. I like the way they welcomed us and served us. Brew misto was too good.

It was very crowded during morning time and have very minimum no of parking lots at the cafe.

This Starbucks is in the perfect spot! Once you exit your cruise, stop in for a pick me up. The servers are sweet and very attentive... the bathrooms are clean. We enjoyed a break here before getting on the road back home.

I’m something of a Starbucks connoisseur (lol) as I’ve been to soent lots of time in different Starbucks all over greater Houston and this place does a really nice job! I’ve been in the area for a couple of weeks and have found the staff and service super friendly, polite, efficient!
I’ve never been big on breakfast sandwiches from Starbucks bc they usually arent cooked right when they come out in my experience— but every breakfast sandwich I’ve gotten there has been very delightful and so quick!
This place feels like my new “home away from home” Starbucks now I love it! I wish they had a drive thru option but it’s nice going inside as well

Excellent place to enjoy classic Starbucks products. On this day, most of the customers were locals. Many of them ordered in advance and they parked in the 30 minute loading zone in the street to quickly walk in and out of the store.

I disembarked from my cruise an hour earlier than expected. This location is a reasonable walk from either cruise terminal, so it was a good place to wait for my ride. Elevated high above the street, I could sit in the patio corner and see down Harborside for the vehicle.

It's delightful to be here! Great for the entire family. Easy access to parking, great customer service! Excellent view, coffee bar well stocked even though it was busy!

This location doesn't have a drive thru. But it's not that big of a deal for me. Friendly service every time I visit.

Nothing better than having a cappuccino in Starbucks in front of the ocean, at the end of the day on Sunday, seeing the last view of a sunset in Galveston, after sometime at the beach in Bolivar Peninsula. Great moment!

Very busy location because of the Cruise Lines and tourists but they were fast, multi tasking and friendly. Great team work and my mocha is delicious, made just as ordered 👌🏼

Great service and unique layout. Shades are closed to keep it cool but it is open until 7:30.

Order taken quickly, got exactly what I ordered, and service was with a smile!
