Sage Bluff has given my mom new life that I didn't think was possible. The relationships that my mom has made at Sage Bluff, with the ALWAYS kind and caring staff are invaluable. She has also gained so many friends in the residents. She has a life now, and renewed purpose. Sage Bluff is a caring neighborhood and happy world for my mom. Thank you, SO much! I can't thank you enough or sing your praises enough.

I have been at sage for a month now and overall the care was great.Food could be better but overall great experience

I have been with sage for a month and my stay overall was good the care and staff was pleasant. Will definitely recommend.

My grandma went to Sage for rehab. The staff treated her very well! The food was excellent! Thank you for taking such good care of her!

My dad was at Sage Bluff for about a year. In that time I saw a very big improvement in the staff and how things were run. They got a new director of nursing, and she is really on top of things and cares so much about everyone who works there doing a great job. She was always very responsive to me when I had questions or concerns. When my dad was declining rapidly at the end, the staff members were absolutely wonderful to my dad and our family. There was a special hospice room where we could come and go to visit my dad. People were so kind, and they did everything they could to keep my dad comfortable and to give the family assistance. Their care could not have been more compassionate, professional, and skillful. The persons who work at the front desk were also very helpful. We are very thankful for the good people who made my dad's last days comfortable.

December 26, 2020--When I wrote the original review, I neglected to mention that there was one CNA who really went above and beyond for my dad. Her name is Megan, and she deserves a shout-out for all of the good care she gave. Thank you so much!

The facility is nice, well kept. The residents are happy with their living arrangements.

My grandma was placed here for a rehab stay and at first she didn’t like it but the staff insured her that she would. I say a week later we asked her how was it and she had a change of heart she really liked the place and the staff interactions even though they were short staffed at times but overall I would recommend this facility

Arrived here quite traumatized after a stay at Lutheran hospital, when an impaired driver crashed into my apartment, and truly feel like I am surrounded by Earth Angels. The exceptional care is outstanding, and it's been an ideal place to feel whole body and mind healing. Each individual has made me feel as though I'm their only patient and I am beyond grateful. I would recommend Sage Bluff to anyone in need of some extra healing and compassionate care. Being displaced from home is not something I want anyone to experience, but if you can't be surrounded by the comforts of home, this is a wise and supportive second choice. Peace and Blessings and some of the kindest human beings are in abundance on these healing grounds. ☮

After 6 years of assisted living it was time to move my husband and in my search for a facility to fit his needs I,m pleased with my choice of Sage Bluff. The staff has been very kind and helpful and friendly. In all of my experiences a kind word and saying Thank You is very important for those who work a thankless job. May others who have to take this journey I hope you consider Sage Bluff for your loved one as well,

My grandma is currently there came for rehab and so far everything this going good the care and the staff are great.

This has a great experience for me as far as being in a rehab everybody was excellent and they were professional and extremely Pleasant to work with the rehab people were great the housekeeping was great and they have activities here everyday for you so you don't get bored it was really a good experience

Sage Bluff has a beautiful new building and nice front office staff that seem willing to help, but trying to get an update from a nurse over the phone is a different story. They are very unresponsive and have hung up on me several times when I had to ask them to please help my father and give me an update on how he was doing. This should not be the case. I do have to say that every once in awhile I get a good nurse taking care of him that spends lots of time answering my questions, but this is not the norm. My mother also gets no help for her dementia. This is NOT a memory care facility.
