The staff were extremely pleasant and treated me with respect. They listened and really cared about my dental health. The lady who did my cleaning was exceptionally excellent! She is the absolute best! Very happy to be a patient! Keep the smiles, front office ladies..love y'all a bunch!

I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Singh and her staff made it very bearable, always making sure I was comfortable and pain free. The whole team works very well together in a timely and efficient manner....glad I found her.

Dr Sing and her staff are awesome! They take very good care of you and let you know how things are going during your procedure. I Can honestly say that Dr Sing is one of the best in her field. My anxiety is always high when I go to the dentist, but she has a way of calming my nerves with her gentleness! Her office manager Annette, is also great. Always keeping me updated with my plan of action for the rest of my treatments! True dental is the place for my dental needs.

Always a nice time here. I've never felt uncomfortable or scared like in most dental offices. The staff is very professional but above all they make you feel welcomed and part of their family.

Everyone in this office is professional and caring. I am always nervous about any kind of dental procedure but everything was explained to me in detail and the doc made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I really appreciate the team here!

The visit to Dr. Sing was for my mother. She is elderly and her dental hygiene is not good. The entire staff were kind and made for a good dental experience. This is a caring dental practice.

They worked with my busy schedule to get my cleaning and fillings done. Yessenia is a great dental assistant she was guiding me through everything. Excellent experience!
I had a bit of a dental emergency and everyone from the Reception Desk to the Dental Assistants to Dr. Singratanakul, herself, went out of their way to get me in and fixed up without a fuss.
I moved to Grapevine from Chicago a few years ago and hadn't found a dentist yet.
But they made me feel at home as soon as I walked in the door and made me feel like I had been coming there for years.
I will definitely continue to see Dr. Sing for regular visits moving forward and I can't say enough great things about her & her Assistant Madison, before, during & after my procedure.
They called to check in on me the very next day as well as a week later just to make sure all was well.
If you have any nerves about going to the dentist, this place is for you!

Dr. Sing and the staff and True Dental are truly amazing.
They are the friendliest and most caring dental office I have ever been to.
While visiting family in Grapevine, I had to have a root canal and crown procedure. This is the first I have not had any issues with that procedure in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Sing and her office to anyone who is looking for a Dentist in Grapevine area.

I can’t even tell you have amazing the experience was for my daughter. She has had a lot of issues with her teeth and had to have surgery for it. Today she needed to get her remaining baby teeth out and it was done so easily for her. The doctor was able to remove the baby teeth that had long roots out without breaking anything roots. I’ve worked in the dental field for 9 years and this is the first time I have ever seen baby teeth removed for perfectly. Great job Dr. Sing and Assistant Yessi.

Dr. Sing and all of her staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly. Her hygienist was very thorough and gave me tips to improve my personal dental care. Dr Sing was very helpful in explaining to me options I had for a tooth that had been bothering me. She gave me every option including costs and risks of one over the other. Ultimately she completely the work on my tooth relieving me of great discomfort. I could not have expected better care from anyone!! Thanks True Dental for being awesome!

My wife and I recently moved to Dallas, and we were looking for a dentist that would be as good as our previous one (whom we loved). I was blown away by True Dental. It's the best dental service I have ever received. A'Leah has been incredibly helpful from the first moment, she is really kind, helpful, caring and communicative- every time I have spoken with her it has been nothing short of a pleasure and she always has us leaving the practice with a smile. Ki who worked on me was awesome. Her communication and manner is the best, seriously! She made the experience so easy and effortless for me, it was so relaxed, stress-free and she is fun to talk to! Needless to say we found a place that exceeded our old dentist. Thank you to you all, including Dr. Sing who was extremely pleasant, informative and transparent with my wife's needs- she went above and beyond for her. I lived here in Grapevine up until about 2 years ago I discovered true dental. And at that point in time I had thought wow dental Care has really improved with technology.

Moved away to fort Worth and I had the occasion to need to use a different dentist. And what I found is I didn't trust the other dentist and it wasn't really about technology. It is about the individual doctor. I have had two excellent dentists in my lifetime.

One was a personal friend so I expected that from them. And the other is Dr Sing. I came back here to get a second opinion because the other dentist in fort Worth said I needed a root canal and something didn't sound right about it.

Came here to get a second opinion Dr Singh said I don't need a root canal I just need a crown. And she has same day crown service because she has the machine and technology to make the crowns on site.

The staff here is top of the line. I literally sometimes fall asleep in the chair while she's working on me she is so gentle. She and her staff are true professionals. I've had nothing but good experiences here. I trust her implicitly. It was well worth the drive to come back here to continue my dental care with Dr Sing.

She's honest and personable. She is sincere. She explained things thoroughly and competently. She is an excellent practitioner.

I cannot recommend her highly enough to express my gratitude of a great dentist.

I’m not proud to admit it’s been a while since I visited a dentist due to dental anxiety, so I was very nervous to start up again with a new dentist. I was very impressed with the service along with the team being so friendly and kind! They were all very informative and patient with me when I was showing discomfort. All things considered, my teeth were not in bad shape and the worst news I got were a few cavities in my back molars and that I should consider having my wisdom teeth removed. I interacted with A’Leah, Ki, Dr. Sing, and Annette in particular so I can vouch that anyone would be in good hands with them!

We love Dr. Sing and her staff! Everyone is highly skilled & caring, creating a calm atmosphere. I am normally very anxious at the dentist, but this staff is so kind, they put me at ease. I recently had to have a crown & a filling done. Both were completed the same day with high-tech methods and no pain!
Also, my son is able to get his dental work done without my having to go back with him--that's a first and completely due to the awesomeness of Dr. Sing and her staff. True Dental is the place for truly caring and exceptional dental care.

My family has been going to Dr. Sing at True Dental since she opened her practice several years ago. She is a great dentist and pays attention to details. Very thorough! Her staff is awesome as well! Another big plus is their benefits person! She does a great job of confirming benefits.
We are very impressed that we always receive a treatment plan BEFORE procedures with a breakdown of charges so we know in advance what we will be responsible for paying.
