Main Event Grapevine

We hosted our 5-year old’s birthday party here and it was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Our party hosts were Carly and Karen and they helped us with literally all of our needs. They were even willing to help us set up our own decorations. The service, the party schedule, the food, the extra care was all spectacular. They even brought out a cart to help us take gifts and leftover things to the car. We will definitely have other events here.

I booked a party here for my church for 4/19 and the entire experience was lovely. We had about 25 adults and children and not one person walked away dissatisfied. From the initial conversation with the Sales team member Nichole, to the promptness of the food, to the cheerful attitude of the entire staff, there was nothing left they could've done to make the experience as amazing as it was.

I would like to give a special shout out to the manager Steve or as he was affectionately known: Hutch. He made sure to check in with us about every half hour to make sure everything was going smoothly and even went the extra mile to make sure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. Even so much that he found the logo to our church and put it on the screens at the bowling lanes. It was a nice touch that made the experience feel very personal.

We had a church event for our men and had a great time! The service team was on it, keeping the pizza and salads full. Steve Hutch was very attentive to our needs and was super at our bowling time. He even found our logo on line and had it as the background on the scoreboard! We had an excellent time at Main Event! Thank you Steve!

Steve, and his crew, did a great job! We had a big group, and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at Main Event. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

I want to personally thank Steve Hutch for assisting our church group to one fabulous evening at the Main Event in Grapevine. He went above and beyond, personally overseeing the set up, food distribution, and coordinating the entertainment our group enjoyed. We will make this venue a must for future events.

My kids had a great time. All the staff were very nice and super helpful. The place is clean and great family environment.

Really a worthy spot to spend hours with kids, family and friends. This place has snookers, snow bowling, cafeteria, arcade games and more , important thing is the cleanliness and polite staffs.

We live in Aubrey and this is the best main event around. Don’t mind making the drive. Brian took very good care of us and made sure we were happy and satisfied for our teen party. Love he the staff were very attentive to our needs. We will continue having parties here 😊

Main Event is awesome it’s affordable especially if you are in a group! My wife and I had a great time Manger Steve and Payton were the best in setting up the evening we will be back regularly with friends!

My son had a great time. He loves Lazer tag, and when there was no one to play, the staff played with him. He went on and on about what a great time he had!! He can't wait to go back! He liked the bowling as well. The price was very reasonable!

Had a fun bowling night here with a group of 16 people. Great service

I received the wrong order and was told I would receive a refund, it’s been over 2 weeks and no refund!
when I called I keep getting the run around from the employees saying I need to call back and speak to Brian as he’s the only one that can help me. But today I called again and Nicole took the time to get my information and stated she will take my issue to the general manager personally.
I’ve called more than once and no one other than Nicole even took my information they just told me I needed to call back
I’m a retired manager of 30 years and Nicole did an excellent job and I want to make sure that management knows she’s the only one that took me serious and took action.

I remember when Main Event was built! It has always been a blast with great deals when you have a family or group come in. So many different things to do for kids and adults of all ages.

We hosted our daughter's 8th birthday on here and had the pleasure working with Carly. She was so great with the kids, was such a hard worker. She deserves the recognition she displayed. Everything went so smoothly and I would re-book another party here if Carly was our assistant.

I have to say this was my first time ever at Main Event! We were there to celebrate my assist birthday 🎂!! Mannn we had a BLAST! Main Event catered the food. It was soooo delicious 😋! We bowled, ate, laughed, drunk and had a MERRY GOOD OLE TIME!! I will definitely consider having my daughter party here next year!! Thank you MAIN EVENT! One satisfied customer!!

Came to this location in hopes of using some credits I purchased through a third party. Wellll the credits didn’t work. Walter came to help and gave me free cards to play. This was so awesome of him. Thanks to him my kids got to play and I took the loss on the credits but he didn’t have to help out so I am grateful. Definitely will be back here.

Went here for my 22nd birthday, lots of stuff to do. The food is good and service is quick. Waits for laser tag is short, but for bowling on a busy night takes about an hour or two. Plan ahead and your time here will be great.

We had a group event here and everyone had a great time. They did a good job of making sure we were entertained and didn't have any issues.

Clean and lots of activities for both young and adults. Great all day package, very reasonable price. Quality time for parents and kids. Sanitizer available everywhere. Bathrooms clean. Will return.
